1.
If you're gonna quote my logic, try reading my post. The NRA vetted him. If the NRA were to meet with Obama and endorse him, I would probably believe them. FAT chance of that happening.
Fair enough, I see why you would feel that way. I would like to know what exactly Romney said that led the NRA to endorse him.
 2.
Strick, it doesn't matter WHEN Romney started his pro gun stance. It only matters that he's pro gun now. You hold folks to their current contract, not to one they had with somebody else. If the NRA hadn't vetted him, there would be some room to ponder. At least Obama is starting to prove himself as anti-gun. We may even get a chance to see him top Romney's all time evil. Obama is dealing with a much tougher crowd.
This is some interesting logic Mike. So your saying if Obama suddenly ran out and bought a lifetime NRA membership and claimed he had a love for hunting you would rest easy at night because he is telling you this? Regardless of his past? I feel as if you swapped their records around and put the R next to Obama and the D next to Romney you would be defending Obama. Not sure why we are even arguing about this any more though, it's over. Can we switch back to black panthers?
 3.
Erik88... lol... I understand the confusion... I went on in my post about a G19 vs G36 size comparison, and why the G36 would be considered "too big" when it's the same size as the much lusted after G19. Carry on, bro...
and I love my G19's(plural)
 4.
Had you read my reply in post #11, you wouldn't have asked this.
Then why did you ask me to elaborate if the pictures were obvious?
 5.
What company?
One you haven't heard of unless you are familiar with the pallet industry. No one knows us.
 6.
Please elaborate; I ask, because everyone that likes Glocks seems to think the G19 is THE perfect 9mm... and the dimensions of the G36 are identical. (I say "identical," because they both snap into the same inflexible Kydex holster in the same way. If they weren't the same size, that wouldn't happen.)
Have you held the XDs yet? I was not impressed at all when they first came out until I picked one up. Once you get a chance I think you will agree. Also, did you see the pictures in the link above? Night and day in regards to size.
 7. I'm a Glock guy but the G36 does not compare to the XDS. The XDS is what the G36 SHOULD have been. I will probably have one someday. Springfield did a really nice job with this one.
 8. My GF loves her Sig p238. That's what she picked.
 9. I thought they said it WASN'T in their airspace?
 10. I've actually been waiting on this book to come out for months but the reviews on Amazon and another forum are really negative. Robert, I have this book, if you want to swap let me know and I'll send you my address. I really enjoyed it. It's a 3 part series and I'm about to order book 2. 11. I'm going to order tonight. Thanks for the suggestion
 12. Winchester Defender 1300. You can usually find them used on Gunbroker. I love mine. Remington 870 is another great choice. I love mine.
 13.
Cherokee Military Surplus is the one on Broadway. It's a small place that doesn't have a huge selection, but there is actually surplus stuff there; it's not all the latest, overpriced, tacti-cool 5.11 operator wear. Haven't been there in at least 6 months but he usually has a decent selection of ammo cans as well.
I had no idea this place existed.
 14. I'm only 24, most of you have been voting longer than I've been alive and I respect that. I'm a registered republican but as times goes on I find my views align more with the libertarian party. I disliked Romney from the beginning but I said all along I would vote for him just so we could beat Obama. I saw the importance of my vote here in Florida though it appears it didn't matter in the end. I was genuinely excited yesterday waiting on the results but now that it's over I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. If Romney is the BEST the GOP can come up with then they really have a lot to learn and should blame no one but themselves. In 4 years if the GOP can't produce a better candidate I will not support them. I'm done with voting for someone just because they have a R next to their name. It's clearly not working.
 15. Say it ain't so Gordon....say it ain't so.
 16.
Greens Military has all new stuff, nothing old/used that I know of. That's the only one I can think of. There is one on broadway too but can't think of the name
Premium prices too.
 17.
Republicans running a liberal candidate didn't work in 2008, or yesterday. I guess they'll try it again in 4 years.
I'm hoping the light bulb will come on but I won't hold my breath.
 18.
Interesting... Gary Johnson's votes would have put mitt ahead of Obama in FL and OH according to politico
Please don't start this. The GOP has no one to blame but themselves. Let's not pretend this is the fault of all independents. Hell, how do we know those voters didn't vote for Obama last time?
 19.
Good point. Now, the GOP has got to examine itself. The demographics are going to continue to change and the GOP is going have to make women and minorities feel welcomed into the party. I'm not saying give up core beliefs or values. I'm saying make all Americans feel welcomed into the party, stop the gay bashing, hate only those who warrant hatred, and stay out of a woman's bloomers. ECONOMY, SECURITY AND EDUCATION will equal PROSPERITY!
This is stated perfectly. I think the GOP was holding out hope that we have enough true conservatives left in the US to squash Obama. That just isn't the case now. It's all about ME ME ME and equal rights. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for the GOP and they can find a better candidate for 2016 who everyone can relate to. IF they don't change in the next 4 years we will get another democrat in the White House.
 20.
America just ceased to exist. Amerika has arrived.
You guys said that in 2008. We're still here. Try to remain positive people.
 21. Well, it looks like those "biased polls" were right all along. I can't say I'm surprised. Perhaps the GOP will be a better candidate next time who people actually like though I don't think Jesus Christ himself could have surpassed Obummer in this election. We can sit here and bitch and moan for 4 years or we can accept the fact that Obama is our president and just pray things don't get worse. I'm not going to live my life in fear because everyone on this site claims the sky is falling. Let's try to stay positive.
 22.
That's what I'm seeing
yep. And people were projecting 300 votes for Romney....
 23. ABC news actually has Romney ahead in WI. I'm thinking Obama will win Florida though so it really doesn't matter.
 24. Fox just gave WI to Obama. Not looking good folks.
 25.
No way. That one will go on until tomorrow.
Yep, and at 7pm UCF still had huge lines which is not good for Romney.
