I agree Robert, other than banning the Barrett I don't really see any "gun control" here. 

  Many of the Mountain House pouches are more than one serving so you could probably get by with 2 pouches to save space. 

Does this suggest that one can currently buy a gun with something such as a student ID? Seems unlikely.

Tacoma, what food did you end up choosing for your bag? I assembled 2 more MRE's today using mylar bags. The only purpose of the Mylar bag is to keep everything compact, organized, and sealed. You could use a freezer bag but mylar is better.   Contents include:   Instant Oatmeal x1 Tuna Pack in foil x1 Mountain House Entree x1 Trail mix x1 Granola bar x2 Hot Cocoa/Tea x1 Misc. condiments. (Panera Bread has very small packs of Tabasco for the hot sauce fans out there)

I know one thing. This definitely won't be the last time we see a run on ammo and magazines. I'm going to make sure I'm set for life on magazines for all my guns. 

One of my carry guns is a Glock made in 1988. It's purely a tool.

From my friend who works there. "Basically I was working, saw 15 black cars pull in and 50 FBI agents in bullet proof vests surrounded the building and herded us into a room. Then they questioned each of us individually, confiscated our computers, then made us go home".   She said they apparently brought a U-Haul in to carry everything off.

  Sorry to hear that. I assume you're negotiating with HER insurance? I hate the sue-happy world we live in but given the situation you may have to threaten a lawsuit to get a more reasonable number from them.
