I saw the movie yesterday. It was pretty good. A few parts were exaggerated from what I could tell when I read the book. They left politics nearly completely out of it.

I remember reading about an off duty police officer in CA that chose to engage a guy robbing a McDonalds. He killed the bad guy but not before the BG got off a few shots that killed a little girl. Tough call that I'm sure haunted him forever.   I agree with the others above. I'm going to avoid firing unless I know I have a clear shot and stand a good chance of winning. I don't think I could sit by and do nothing if I had options.

  This is spot on. It's exactly what I've been thinking and telling my wife. The winner is going to have to go into hiding immediately.   Now, you can bet your ass we still bought a ticket :)        I told my wife that if we win, we're buying an RV and leaving the house immediately. I'll spend a few years driving around to various national parks.

I work in the ghetto in East Knoxville. I'm at work right now and some of my employees were telling me they just left the gas station and there were people fighting over lotto tickets.

Interesting, most of my experiences have been positive. I guess I agree with you Blake that they took the job but someone said earlier they thought the TSA agents got pleasure from molesting people. I don't think that is the case. The system is failed and they are a joke of an organization.

Honestly, I like my Crossbreed for IWB but I much prefer OWB. I have a paddle holster made my Comp Tac that works exceptionally well for concealed carry. I find it much more comfortable to carry OWB.

I flet a few weeks ago and not only was I patted down in line, I think got taken into the private room for the full package. It was not enjoable.   The TSA agents were very professional and I could tell they did not enjoy doing what they had to do. I didn't blame them for a failed system.

CZ beat me to it.. I'm curious to know the cost as well. I'd love to attend if the pricing allowed.   I have a weapon light but no holster for it. Would that be a problem?

Are they easy to swap out?

I guess I'm the odd man out. While I do like my gen 2 19(made in Dec of 88) it's not the end all be all of Glocks. The Gen 4's actually feel much better in the hand and I like all the new features better. There has also been a lot of speculation as to how long the polymer will hold up on these guns. We've seen cracked frames on some of the older Glocks.   I've honestly considered selling or trading my Gen2 for something else.
