  1. I use my TGO Protech (can't remember which model) at work daily and the texture is just fine. I get what you're saying I'm just not enamored with the look. I do like the shape of the blade though.
  2. Sure? Whatever the hell they are called. They just look a little cheap to me unlike all the other TGO knives so far.
  3. I'm not going to lie, I'm not digging the grips.
  4. I had the same issue. I actually had to create a new profile and get help from TGODavid.
  5. Yes. Glock has been manufacturing guns in the US for some time now. All G43's are made in the US.
  6. Even the Glocks made in Austria don't use tenifer. I wouldn't worry about it. Made in USA wouldn't bother me.
  7. These are on sale again in case anyone missed the last time. https://sport.woot.com/offers/lifestraw-personal-water-filter-34?ref=w_cnt_gw_zlm_bs_1
  8. I actually tried that several times. It must not be going through. Thanks for the help though.
  9. I had to create a new account because I couldn't log in. I tried to reset my password with no luck. Tried the other option with no luck. I'm fine using this profile until you have enough time to fix my original.
  10. Yep. I've been to both several times. I love BSF.

    LE Discount

It might be a drive but I would highly recommend a visit to GT Distributors just outside Chattanooga.
  12. I would be interested. While you're at it, do you have the ability to fix a broken tip? I have a Spyderco Sage 3 that has the tip broken off. It needs to be rounded off and sharpened.
  13. Have you fondled one yet? I would recommend you do that first. I recently got my hands on a G30S and it didn't fit my hand at all. That damn hump in the back is horrible.
  14. I wish they would just drop the penalty for carrying past a sign. That was one of the perks about living in FL. They could only ask you to leave and if you refused then you could be arrested. I used to carry at the movie theater all the time even though it was posted.
  15. You'd be surprised. The gen 4's are quite a bit smaller And feel a lot better.
  16. I have a Gen 2 19 made in December of 88. It has the Austrian proof marks and original box. I've been going back and forth for a few weeks as to whether or not I should keep it. Of all my Glocks, I shoot and carry it the least. The newer glocks fit my hand substantially better.   The only reason I have kept it this long is simply because the Gen 2's will only get harder to find and I was born in 88 so there is the sentimental factor. I have a feeling I could get a decent amount for it and I could use the money for some other projects.   Am I crazy for wanting to get rid of Glocks early example of perfection? I should mention I have another G19 and a GSSF coupon that would enable me to buy another one at a discounted rate.
  17. My tundra calls for 29 PSI which seems really low to me but I follow their instructions.
  18. PSA continues to impress.

Try Craig's police supply. I recently got a police trade in 870 there for a fair price.
  22. The short answer is yes. I absolutley love mine. I've run everything from cheap range ammo to Gold Dots through it without a single issue. They feel wonderful in the hand too.
  23. I've only shot it a few times but haven't had any trouble.
  24. Cool pictures. Thanks for sharing.
