I'm a small guy and I couldn't make it through that. I don't see how anyone could make it without getting cut to pieces and leaving DNA all over the place. I suspect they reached up and unlocked the door.

So after freezing my credit My scores dropped 7 points. It might be a coincidence but I doubt it. My score has been climbing since May and nothing changed for me otherwise. Bastards.
-
Not necessarily true. They can also steal your tax return.
-
Having known someone who had their identity stolen I do NOT want to experience that. He fought it for years.

I want to add that if you are impacted and decide to put a freeze on your credit(highly recommended) then you have to do so with all 3 credit monitoring companies. Equifax has suspended the fees for 30 days after being pressured to do so. Experian and transunion will each charge TN residents $7.50

I'm posting this as a PSA for those that may not be aware. The personal info of 143M Americans has been compromised as a result of this. They got my wife, dad, stepmom, and my own information. These people now have virtually everything needed to steal your identity or open fraudulent accounts in your name. It only takes 30 seconds to determine if your info was potentially stolen. They can't or won't say for sure. https://www.equifaxsecurity2017.com This is a big deal folks. It's also a major pain in the ass. I just froze my credit which costs money. "That's the advice from identity-theft experts after the credit-reporting company said hackers broke into its computers and stole key personal data — including social security numbers, names, addresses and dates of birth — from an estimated 143 million Americans. Following the breach, which was made public last week, hackers now have four of the most important pieces of identification data — dubbed the "crown jewels" — for nearly half the nation, says John Ulzheimer, a credit expert who formerly worked at Equifax and credit-score company FICO." https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2017/09/11/how-defend-yourseafter-equifax-data-breach-credit-report-freeze-strong-defense-against-identity-thef/654065001/ Another helpful article. http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/11/pf/equifaxmyths/index.html

I've seen very little coverage of this today. Barely made the front page on most news networks, even Fox.

It seems it is talked about it less and less each year.

With the news focused on the hurricane I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the fact that another 9/11 anniversary is here. It's amazing how fast time flies. A lot has changed since 2001. CNN has some good stories up today that are worth reading including the story of how boats helped ferry 500,000 people from Manhattan. http://www.cnn.com/interactive/2016/09/us/inside-9-11-the-day-that-never-ends/ http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/20/opinions/911-boatlift-rescue-opinion-dulong/index.html

I was 21, new to handguns and really didn't know enough to think about how it actually fit my hand. It's not the most ergonomic but I do shoot it well and out of 4-5K rounds I've only had 1 malfunction from some crappy reload.

I carry a gen3 19 but its had extensive work done to the grip to make it somewhat comfortable. I'm sure the CZ has superior ergonomics. I've been trying to get my hands on one but as with all CZ's they have been difficult to find. As much as I like Glock, my next gun will be something different.

I don't have cable. I'm wondering how I can catch it.

Someone told me that this was the first time a team has ever rushed for that many yards and lost. The vols better step it up. That was a pathetic performance.

Unreal. I wish Trump would come down on government waste with an iron fist. A friend works for for ORNL as a laborer and was recently reprimanded for "working too hard". I wish I was joking. He told me that many of the employees will intentionally do nothing throughout the week just so they have an excuse to work the weekend and make overtime. On Sundays they get double pay. Some of these guys are making $70/hour on the weekend. They will make sure to spend every dollar in their budget to ensure its not reduced the next year. Another friend works there as a researcher. He's not allowed to move any of his office furniture or someone will file a grievance against him for taking work away from the union guys. He has to put in a request to have someone come move things around.

I'm sorry but I have to point out that you have been one of the more divisive and combative members here. Did you even read his entire post? You've been the main ringleader anytime someone has pointed out Trumps flaws and ridiculed me when I voted 3rd party. Now you're suddenly agreeing with the fact that both parties suck? You may agree with Murgatory but that's certainly not how you've acted lately.

I didn't think they went on sale until the 30th? That's awesome!

I just got this email from Glock:
