I have had a half dozen Wranglers over the years. Great vehicles and hold their value very well. If it is a weekend toy, the 2.5 4cyl is fine. I actually prefer it over the older carbureted 4.2l(90 and older). The 4.0 is a very good engine. There isn't much to stay away from on wranglers, but if 32" or larger tires are a desire stay away from the 4.0 w/ 3.07 gears. If you have the money for a Rubicon do it! As far as the 07 and up JK's, 07's had available 4.10 gears and is heavily desired. The newer 12 &13's with the 3.6's are a beast. How much are you looking to spend?

I got almost the same deal last year on a TroyBuilt string trimmer. It is the biggest pile of crap I have ever touched. I will give you mine, it even has an electric motor to start it, it is a good thin because it is the only way anyone can start it. If I had saved the box I would have taken it back.

She, the granny, needs to go to the court house and do an order of protection. You as an extended family member will not be able to get one. Of there have ever been reports of violence, theft or other criminal incidents they need to know, otherwise they will probably not issue the OOP. If he has ever lived there, go ahead and get him evicted as well. A restraining order is a waist of your time and money. It must be filed by an attorney, only last 15 days and the police will not do crap about it. They will say to take him to civil court. But, since he has been told by the police to not come back he can be arrested for criminal trespass.

Truthfully, TN laws are messed up with order of protection/ restraining order. The only way they hold weight is if an incident(criminal) has already occurred and then one is issued. An example would be if I got into a fight with my son. I would be released on a conditional bond and a order of protection issued. If I went to his house afterwards, I could be arrested. If I threaten my nephew or even beat him up, not domestic in TN, he can get a restraining order. If I go to his house the police will respond and ask me to leave. That is about all that will happen, unless another incident has occurred. Restraining orders can be issued without an incident occurring, and can be issued outside of domestic, family relationships but they are in my opinion about worthless depending on the county you live in. Order of protections will came back generally on a check so it can be enforced just about anywhere. If you are holding the paper on a TRO, the police may or may not be able to confirm it on the spot. An arrest may take a while and be served several days later.

I told Mom they followed me home from the gun show....

I have my grandpas 44mag, he is still around but the gun actually gets oiled at my house. Hard hitting gun, I think Ruger should have made it in 9mm and 45 with a removable magazine. -
One Bomber dead, his brother on the run

There are a couple of issues here. One being that Miranda only protects a defendant against his own words being used to prosecute him without waiving his/her rights. They have all the evidence they need to prosecute and they are still gathering it. Any words he says without being questioned wil be used against him. The Supreme Court says in today's age any reasonable, mentally competent adult knows spontaneous statements to police are incriminating. They should just question him all they want. Miranda warning is so over thought, half the time I don't care what try have to say, so I don't read them. Normally it is detectives that want to question not patrols making arrest for crimes we saw happen. -
You have the right to protect yourself and others from eminent bodily harm and that is about it. You can't even shoot him fr threatening to beat your a**. You can't shoot because he took $200 from under granny's pillow. You can only shoot if you, her, or someone is getting ready to suffer severe injury or possible death from him. In TN, people read too much into the Castle Doctirine. Know you can protect yourself and others and that you do not have an obligation to retreat, all this assuming you have a legal reason to be at the dwelling.
-
If he comes back call 911 and yell, help! Give the address if it is a cell phone. Don't do anymore than you have to force wise. You are not justified shooting him for just being there. If he is breaking and entering you still don't but you would stand the chance of being exhaunerated by the courts if you were in fear of your life.

LCP's are wonderful but they are really snappy. The LC380 can't have that much reduced recoil over a LC9 but I guess every little bit matters. I guess Ruger thought if they are being made for other countries, we might as well try selling them in the US also. I can't see a huge amount of sales for the LC380 but if someone reloads .380 and not 9, if someone is really recoil shy, if their other guns are .380.....

It is true. If it were me, I would just buy a barrel for the one I will shoot the most. I have shot a lot of lead through stock Glock barrels, but I clean them often.

If he is on orders to TN then he essentially has dual residents. Even if they are TDY, he can legally buy and sell in TN through private party. -
The black Kongs are Extremely tuff, even the red ones are wel built.

Perfectly legal.

If you are going to wear it twice, don't bother with this but buy two pairs of paints with every suit. The paints show wear so much faster. I don't wear my coat in the car, getting out for gas, around the building.... It's a practice that I always try to do.

Honestly, there is nothing wrong with a good Stafford from Penney's. Some of my favorites have come from Penny's, Belk, and Parisian. I have have found a deal at Josa Banks and Mens Warehouse before. Don't be affraid to tell them what you want to spend.

Impossible, she is a felon! Felons can not own APC's. How could a felon get a APC?

I really hope I am wrong but my experience tells me the (2) bombs and the Ricin are too coincidental. This tells me tht it is probably more than one individual and instead a group. The longer they take to arrest or identify, the larger the group.

Now they are saying "no" arrest made. They only have a suspect description.

I called and the lady said there was 1,000 of each model and now they are all spoken for. The lady said they may do more in the future do to the overwhelming demand.

I don't know if you care about looks, but putting smaller tires than what came stock would help some. It will be a lot like regearing.

I just recieved an email saying that Glock is releasing Gen 3 and 4's in the previously discontinued OD green. I see another OD in my future. I traded my old OD for a classic S&W 640 and never regretted it but liked the OD's.

I count on my Glock 23 Gen4 as a do it all gun, in only one year it has had 1k flawless rounds. I like it a lot better than my Gen3 G19. I have felt guns that fit better like a Taurus Millenium but I can't put enough trust in them.

Yes, they believe it is related. No known casualties at the Library.
