  1. Yes and Kframes in the RB are fairl rare to come by. The conceal better, as far as shooting comfort it is personal preference. Most prefer to shoot SB but various grip designs out there you can always find a grip you like.
  2. Here is the reason I say all of this, some of my family have supplemented their incomes for years buying and reselling odd stuff(not ammo). Normally they start loosing out when 1.others find the source and the market is flooded with people reselling the same product. or 2. People aren't buying the product. If a lot of people resell ammo, even if it is only 5-10% cheaper, their market will dry up. It is not the shooters buying from price gougers it is people needing 22's for their kids to shoot or those needing a box of ammo for a HCP class or for the new self defense gun. I think the market for resellers is about dried up, more competition will put them out.
  3. I have seen it here also, I gave away some 357 sig to a friend who said his other buddy couldn't find any. My concern is that if I legittimatly sell ammo or give it away it will reappear for sale to make a profit. Well the 22 I speak of they were willing to pay an inflated price $20/100 but when I met them I told them 12 is all I needed. Resellers are not going to hassle with 22 ammo they think will cost 20/100. They could only sell it for that if not only a dollar more. Also maybe people will read this post and thinking those reselling gougers are doing this and try to talk them down.
  4. I came to the conclusion that I had been hoarding too much ammo so I decided to sell some. I put an add on armslist and gunownersclub for 9/40/38 ammo for $20/50 rd box all of it was brass case fmj of reputable manufacturer. This was on average what I paid for it, I think I had closer to $17 in some of the 9mm. To make matters simpler I had $12 a box in some Viper 22lr 100rd boxes but decided I would post it for $20/100 as well. Ok here is what happened the center fire catridges sold all about evenly, I made a couple of dollars on the 9mm only. I probably lost a few dollars on the various .38's. The 22's were the last to sell, I met one guy who wanted two boxes of the four. When I met him I told him they were listed for $20 but $12 is all I needed for them. So he got two boxes for $25. So if a bunch of us will flood armslist, gunownersclub, and other sites with ammo for sale it will discourage resellers. If you get someone legitametly wanting a box sell it for less to help your fellow man.
  5. I suspect that is all they are able to make a dime off of now. Really 22lr and 9mm are the only two people still tell me they are hunting. I have not seen 380 on shelves in a while but oddly enough people aren't asking either.
  6. I have not had much luck at Walmart lately, there were some 22shorts on the shelf at Academy last night in Hixson and some 38spl defense ammo.
  7. I would say 75% of used cars and trucks receive paint and body work at car dealerships. This isn't a bad thing, just makes them look nicer. I'm sure yours was probably damage from a shopping cart or something stupid but take carfax with a grain of salt. I have seen some cars once shaped like boomerangs come back clean on carfax.
  8. Did you but that truck used? It looks to me like someone probably painted or applied a clear coat after the trim was on.
  9. They are behind in production now by over a year.
  10. Don't get me started on Black Panthers, they exist, technically black jaguars with a melanistic (black) coat. We just don't find them in the wild, not a good documented one at all. There are several in zoos across the United States. Here is the the thing, Diablo in Nebraska, one of the most convincing truly is solid black. You can not see stripes or spots. They are there but you can't see them.
  11. Well, let me be the first to recommend http://www.zainostore.com/
  12. That though has crossed my mind but he would have sealed his faith as a one term president.
  13. They are available again as of today according to their email. Hurry, they will go fast. http://www.glockmeister.com/ Sorry they are available for preorder to arrive next month, you must call.
  14. I am hoping that her age of 69 year old a week before the election will be on the mind of voters.
  15. That is probably constantly changing. I have seen more Federal stuff around south and east TN than anything else. I know at one time Chattanooga was using 230gr Gold Dots but had some serious concerns with one of the last OIS, poor to no expansion
  16. Only because it is not motorized with an engine of a certain size. Some states you can drive a 49cc moped without insurance. a few states without a license. They figure you will not create enough damage with only a bicycle to where insurance is that necessary.-wrong I have seen cyclist cause major wrecks in which they could be sued for everything.
  17. I can't wear a watch and I explode ink pens. I have never had a problem with phones though.
  18. There should be little "letticles" on the bark, they look like little eye slits. Google cherry leaves and cherry bark.

  20. I spent some time in the new and used car market. Technically you don't have the right to a 100% refund. This should be in your contract the deduction per day and for miles as well as you will owe any admin fees. Also there are problems with the DMV and salestax but it doesn't become an issue until after several days. The 3 days is actually a myth, see the Home Solicitation Act of 1974. I will let you in on a little secret, car dealers are scared sh**less of attorneys and the media.

The Little LCP's are hard to beat for as easily as they carry. If you feel the snap, aggressive recoil, your target notices it to.
  22. I've seen this situation before with the clear coat coming off during decal or moulding. Normally you want to strip the clear coat off the entire area to a seam or corner. Simply reapply clear coat, pretty effortless and should be at the Max $300, probably closer to $200.
  23. Unless you find another gun that fits it proper as well, it is worth almost nothing. If it is not a level 3 it is worth almost nothing. It used to be that eBay was a great place for buyers and sellers of used duty gear. Duty gear is often specialized and not sought by too many people. Around here most departments and security companys issue all of the officers gear. Something else is guys buy new gear to get a receipt for itemized deductions.
  24. I was/have been a cyclist for years. I have never gotten into the road bike thing though. As a traffic investigator I have just seen to many bad situations with cyclist and motorcycles as well when they find out cars dont give. Something that gets me with cyclist is they say share the road but yet they break the lays when it is convenient. I issued a ticket to a cyclist who passed a loading school bus and the guy came unglued. I have seen them blow stop signs, exceed the speed limit, not stop at traffic lights and just about everything else possible.
  25. They have been appearing a lot more recently. Has anyone ever heard that the small pistol/rifle/magnum primers are the exact same dimensions but large rifle/pistol/magnum vary slightly?
