Google Ooma telephone and you can buy me lunch next week for the tip!

It has to do with him being a pawn shop and has nothing to do with being a FFL.
-
They are good people there but unless it is coming from an FFL he has to keep it for 30days, stupid laws.

I had a XDS and it's size is amazing, for some reason I just couldn't love it though. For one the grip safety made me nervous and the trigger was terrible. The recoil was a lot more than the recoil of a Shield in 9mm or 40. I would have loved to have tried a Kahr PM45 up against the XDS, but then I didn't care for the Kahr cw45 either. The Kahr Cw 45 does fit about every holster made for a Glock 19/23 out there. Two old classics in 45 are the S&W CS45 and a Bersa, if you can find either one. Speaking of "hens teeth", a Sig 245 or 220 compact is built around the most popular 45 for law enforcement in the country.

The Shields are awesome enough that I can look past the fact it is a M&P. They carry like a small gun and shoot like a full size.

Glock does a lot of things that I don't understand. The Glock 36 has never really been a hot seller. With that said I guess Glock has thought there first single stack was a disappointment so others would be as well. S&W M&Ps tend to have very inconsistent triggers. I have picked up some that are terrible and then the next one will be butter smooth.

It was with me, I even sold you my almost new 30sf because I couldn't stand the thick heavy slide, the balance is off. Before the 30s ever came out I made a 30/36 hybrid and thought it was perfect. Recoil feels the same and of course it carries easier, not to mention be able to use most G19 holsters and all G30 holsters.

It will be slightly smaller than a M&P Shield, close to a PM-9 size. I am basing this of the leaked measurements.

I just recently heard someone confirmed by a patent inquiry that it is indeed a .380

I'll definitely consider going larger, space isn't too much of a concern but locating it to the deck and backyard may complicate the situation. I have a terrible back and sit in the ones at the gym all the time, I honestly have to make trips to the hot tub just so I can make it to work. The hot thumb is more of a necessite than a luxury, I tried and tried to get a doctors note so I could write it off as a medical expense but I couldn't get a doctor in board to do it. I can't wait any longer and the wife wants one anyway.
-
For years I have been thinking about a hot tub for the house, nothing big, something like a 4 person. It will be outside and not under cover. So who has bought one in the last few years? Where did you find the best deal? I am around Chattanooga but I can always justify a trip to Knoxville.

He was a cop at Erlanger when they had certified police officers, according to a source close to him he was involved in a shooting there but was cleared.

Truthfully, yes I would too, but wait till you can afford it or have a lot of money saved. It does cost me about 1.5 times as much money to own a home almost the size of the apartment I had. Even though I will one day own this home I am glad I waited until I could afford it.

They were terrible.

Pretty much and that last part is the story of my life.

I went back and read your post again. You want to put your equity down on another car, this never turns out for the better in your situation. You honestly will have not come out any better. And the bank will view it the same while getting pre-approved. If anything it will show as an inquiry and a new loan, not freeing up enough debt to income ratio to matter.

I have bought and sold many of my vehicles, many with a loan on them. I actually made a great living selling cars in my early 20's. You are fortunate the lien holder is local, it makes life so much easier. Like someone else has mentioned never think of a "cheaper vehicle" really being a cheaper vehicle. Since you already own this vehicle my advice may be to keep it as long as it is a solid vehicle and meets your needs. Here are some things that come to mind, with a few exceptions cars over $8-10k are extremely hard to sale private party, I don't care what KBB or NADA says. You have already payed tax on the fusion, buy selling it you will lose that money and pay tax on another unless someone gives it to you. You may spend more on a different older vehicle you are not familiar with. If that $230 a month is really that much money to you then you may be a ways off from home ownership.

There was an old one fall at the Hamilton County Courthouse a year ago, Osage Orange is the more common name.

If I recall correctly to be covered under LEOSA you only have to have only 10 years to be considered "retired". I know of at least 3 departments that he has worked for and what would matter would be his standing at that last department which was in East Tennessee. I work with some guys that know him, they are in shocked at what happened. I have talked to him on the phone before many years ago. He seemed like a great guy like everyone says he is. This is truly another tragedy, for both parties just like several of the other shootings to occur in our area. The last shooting to occur around here I also knew the shooter and the victim, I am actually having a hard time with all of it. After looking into this latest one I am inclined to believe he was not justified in any way, in fact I am going to guess that his medical complications will come into account as to why he may have done this. Sources close to him tell me he will probably dead before this case even goes to a grand jury. Makes me even wonder if he had just came from the doctor and had the bad news and the fitness trainer(victim) got under his skin to where he said screw it and blew him away.

Doesn't technically need one if he is a retired cop, better yet I believe he is a HCP instructor.

Note To Self, Roadrage, Motorcycles, and Following someone Home, is a No No
Patton replied to runco's topic in General Chat
We had a road rage shooting this morning in Chattanooga at 9AM, the victim died. Edited because an ER room nurse gave me bad info, liberals stop at nothing to try to get a point across. -
Is spelling and punctuation a thing of the past?

Not to mention we have devices made in China that autocorrect or typing. -

For me spelling has always been a challenge, it even runs in the family. General Patton was even known to be a terrible speller. I have the most trouble with common words and refuse to look up every single word to ensure it is correct. Having lived in Hawaii where speaking Pidgen is considered an art made me more comfortable with writing and typing. I do not feel so judged. I was once scalded for my misuse of a word but had to turn around and interpret Japanese for that person. While I have noticed the extreme difficulties in writing the English language lately it is not an isolated incident. The art of reading and writing Japanes characters will completely be gone in 20 years. Languages change, they evolve, and they adapt. In the fast moving society of the future they will laugh at our vacabulary and spelling, other societies already do. Interesting is that there really is not a misuse of a word in Japanese, nor is their profanity. You may use the wrong pronounciation of the word but if you can read or write it the word is correct. -
I have a LCR and believe that it is an excellent firearm, my only complaint is that I often short stroke the trigger. I don't really see the point in having one in 357mag but I would love to have one chambered in 327mag or even 9mm if they ever make them.
