Have you thought about a 442 Pro from Buds online? The 442 pro has a blackened stainless barrel and cylinder where a regular 442 has a carbon barrel and cylinder. The Pro is also cut for moonclips if you would like to use them. If it is a performance center it already has a trigger job. My friends PC 442 does not have an internal lock.

The round grew on me a lot over the years. While I still have more 9's than 40's, I stock pile the 40 for my shtf pistol platform with a Glock 22 and a Glock 27. Both of these were cheaply acquired police trade ins . The Glock 22 was actually my duty weapon and has eaten several thousand rounds without an issue. I have had Sigs in 40 and a Shield in 40, all whereas accurate and as easy to handle as their 9mm counterparts.

The Shield is the best value in firearms on the market today. You can often find them new for $375 OTD. I am going to say that the Shield may be one of the best shooting firearms that I have ever shot.

That Baby Rock does peek my interest, but it is just big enough that it is a OWB/IWB gun. I have always had an interest in the Llama 32 and 380 guns that have been out for decades. I just never could get past the Llama name on the side, but I hear those 1911 versions were not half bad.

I am willing to bet the Baby Rock will be a great firearm. I have heard that the Llama 380 1911 style handgun, that is about the same size, was a pretty decent firearm too. However, this is a terrible BUG for most people. Most LEOs carry with their BUG accessible from their support hand. This means a thumb activated safety switch on the left side will be difficult unless you are left handed anyway.

Without a doubt the best $160 I ever spent; I only wish they would have had the 7mm-08 in stock instead of the .243. Next week I plan on having a close friend shoot it who is ten times the rifle marksman that I am. I shoot the CVA about as well as I shoot any other rifle. I am anxious to see how someone else is able to shoot it. Since you asked about recoil, it recoils a little more than an AR, but not as much as I would have suspected. My old 30-30 Handi rifle without a doubt recoiled more, and I know my Ruger 44mag Carbine recoils more.

Yes, the 40 and 20 share the same lower. My wife bought a Glock 20 sf and we sold it to a close friend with the intention of replacing it with a gen 4 20. You really need to check the case support offered by a gen 2 barrel before pushing the rounds too hard. The 10mm is an awesome round. The 20 at least is a very smooth shooting firearm that surpasses the hottest .357 mag loads, but so much easier to control.

Well, 357 Sig is not the easiest to reload. Neck tension can be an issue as well as collapsing the shoulder; you just have to find the perfect setting on you dies. Also, not all .355 projectiles will work.

Yes, GT's can sell to TN. They transfer to the pawn shop up the road and you follow them. It takes all of about ten minutes. The total price OTD is $452. You pay the cheap GA sales tax, $15 for the transfer, and the $10 TICS on top of the $398.20. If you would rather travel to Knoxville Craig's is the Blue Label dealer for all of TN.
