  1. No matter which one you choose you will wish that you had the other. I havent found a huge advantage over the other.
  2. With the long trigger pull(similar to the lcp keltec) why would you need the safety? I handled one and it was ok. I wasnt too crazy about the laser only having a on off switch and not a pressure sensor
  3. I hated everything about the spacer. The naked magazine actually felt better to me. On a XD it does feel pretty good though.
  4. I am definetly keeping the 27 but will add a pf9 or maybe a j frame
  5. What about the thousands of keltecs with fluff and buffs?
  6. I know you would carry that 27w/357sig barrel everywhere, but I have heard off several self defense shootings be questioned in other states about the weapon/caliber choice. It has always looked great to a jury when the weapon used is that of the local law enforcement. TN would be one of the last states I would think a modified weapon used would hurt your case. Just have a great explanation on why you use what you use. It's a caliber specifically designed for Law Enforcement/Security/Protective Service use.
  7. Years ago when I was asking around most companys were very strict on weapons you could carry. Very few would allow any 1911s. Actually most said 38 only, and if auto was allowed they said 9mm. I have a basketweave holster for a xd not a xdm I would sell you cheap or let you borrow.
  8. Who do you work for that you can have those?

    IWB leather holsters

I have a kholster and its pretty good, but i have been impressed with the don hume iwb.
  10. I dont worry about my finger but other items that get in the way when holstering or if I do need to pocket carry. There have been many of experienced shooters and officers claim there weapon fired without a finger in the trigger guard. Im keeping the glock though. I have come to logic.
  11. It's nice to have the option though. No, I havent shot a Pf9 but I assume it is comparable to other Keltecs
  12. Thanks everybody. Im finally starting to get it
  13. Just picked up a kholster but would like to pocket carry. I do have a Lcp to carry but think about the Pf9
  14. Keep talking I want to like my 27 I just think about the safety aspect of the long trigger of a Pf9 i had a P11 and thought I didnt want it as it was the same size as a Glock and gave it to family
  15. I have this strong desire to sell my one week old Glock 27 to get a Pf9. I dont know why I feel this way. Everyone, please convence me this baby Glock is so much better. Thanks ahead of time.
  16. I just thought I would share a photo from a friends photobucket page. This is a XD tactical 9mm. I’m not saying there aren’t hundreds of Glocks in theater but it’s rare to see the guys that have XD’s.
  17. XD's are coming with a rebate to get three extra mags free right now.
  18. I have only seen one malfunction through a XD and it was fixed with oiling it down. It had seen about 300 rounds that day and I am just assuming it was oiled before coming out to the range that day. I love Glocks but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another XD.
  19. Does the extra weight help keep it on target for followup shots. I'm thinking one would fit nice beside my seat in the car.
  20. There was a crap load of 357 sig on shelves here during the shortages. 45 was hard to come by along with 380, 38spl
  21. I got all excited when I read the title. Finally someone who will trade me there 36 for my 30. Oh well.
  22. Thats what I was affraid of. I didn't know if the absence of money being exchanged changed it or not. Thanks.
  23. What does the law say about me giving a handgun to a relative that is a resident of another state(SC)? He's a nonfelon and legally able to own.
  24. $590 or even $520 sounds way high. There is lots of places in Chattanooga to get them for under $500. If your close to Calhoun TN I would call Fugates Firearms, they used to be $480 there.
