  1. It's supposed to be a Sig though. He's got better muzzle discipline and trigger finger discipline than most "gun experts" I see tire kicking in gun shops.
  2. Yeah XD's feel top heavy to me but I still like them.

    Steyr M9-A1?

I have molested one at a friends shop, they feel great and the sights are phenomenal.
  4. One could say that an earlier event such as the first shot fired during the Revolutionary War would have a greater impact because it reflects all events afterwards. Let's face it, if we never would have become a nation we wouldn't have even had those presidents. I'm just saying the earlier the event the more time it has to reflect the effects.
  5. Hitler shooting himself rather than being taken alive or killed 30 minutes later probably didn't do much to change anything.
  6. Let me be more specific, my AMT Backup has been in storage since I discovered LCP's. I have owned NAA revolvers and love their quality, if I had a need for a heavy 380 I would not hesitate to try a NAA auto.
  7. IMO, if your not doing a polymer 380 then there isn't much reason to get a 380. Get a J frame in 327 or 38. With that said I'm a huge fan of my LCP and P32. I have a all stainless 380 that weighs a lot, I wouldn't even consider carrying it over a lighter LCP or j frame.
  8. The $10 Glock Sport/combat Holsters are actually pretty good holsters.

Just practice dry firing a lot watching for movement. A competition shooter I know dry fires for 30min a day. Have someone else watch to see if any part of the gun is moving other than the trigger while you dry fire. If your shooting 6" low at 15yrds I probably wouldn't even worry about it. What kind of shooting low are you talking?

Do you know anyone with a rail mounted laser you could borrow? I used one to determine that it was not me anticipating recoil when squeezing.

Actually it's typical. My XD 40 shot left. My buddies XDS shoots really low.
  12. I had one and foolishly sold it. I used a Kholster which covers the grip abrasions for IWB.
  13. ^yes

    Buying and Trading

I have never heard of anyone being prosecuted for it though. Still don't do it. I have heard of more ATF cases in the last year than I have my entire life dealing with selling firearms. They have started going after a few of the illegal sellers. Mostly charging them with profiting from firearms sales without a license. Just don't make money or give the illusion your trying to make money and you'll be fine. Don't sell to anyone without a TN ID, you don't even have to see it as long as they have one. Ask them if they are a felon, if they say no your good to go. Make sure they are over 18.(even for handguns). And most importantly if it don't seam right, don't sell.
  15. Well it will be cheap enough to practice and test out. If I'm not mistaken they were made in TN.

Can't trade long guns neither across state lines withou going through a FFL. It's a class E Felony just in case your wondering.
  17. Your right maybe there isn't too much, the hammer, slide, safety is about it. They kind of feel similar.
  18. Well I believe Georg Luger invented the Luger handgun and then chambered them for a 9mm Parabellum that we sometimes call a 9mm Luger. The 9×19mm Parabellum (abbreviated 9mm, 9×19mm or 9×19) cartridge was designed by Georg Luger and introduced in 1902 by the German weapons manufacturer Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) for their Luger semi-automatic pistol.[6] For this reason, it is designated as the 9mm Luger / 9mm Luger +P by the SAAMI [7] and the 9 mm Luger by the C.I.P.),
  19. To be honest the complaints I've heard about Kahr is the same pistol going back multiple times.
  20. The Luger was probably chambered in 9x19 before anything produced in any amount but the Luger was made for a round called 30 Luger/ 7.65x something. That is the only reason I don't rank the Luger P08 in the top 3.
  21. And probably in that order. I will say if it weren't for the Walther P38 the Beretta would be different as we know it.
  22. I've heard that about them before. I've also heard a few not so pleasant experiences about Kahr.
  23. Most likely nothing bad. I have seen it in a few occasions. It will sound really weird. The craziest thing is the bullets would probably have hit their target.
  24. Well, a good way to look at it is most glocks cost around 550 new so expect your firearm to drop 25-30% in value the moment you shot it. This is what some think LOL.
  25. I've seen most of them on motorcycles. The ankle holsters on motorcycles are pretty easy to spot. I have seen two tuckable style holsters with the two clips showing. My wife works at a bank and says there is about one person a day come in OC.
