1. I am not the first to mention it but turn on the lights. I have trained as a soldier and a police officer and in your home there is no reason not to just flip on the lights.
2. Oh I'll take FL for the SEC C if that's what your implying but who going to beat GA?
3. That's the worst I have ever seen Bama play. We still have Ga and Aaron Murray was hot last week. Roll Tide!!!
4.
Only gas stations. I have a friend who manages a liquor store and he says they are really struggling. Also my MIL worked for a liquor store and she just got laid off indefinitely about 2 months ago.
I have a friend that says they are ringing up more at the liquor store but the gross net is down. Which means the cheaper alcohols are what people are buying.
5.
I'll agree with you there. The G36 needs to be fixed. Here's mine...
There is a guy on Glocktalk that made a flush fit magazine for his G36. I had been planning on doing one if I ever bought my own G36 instead of borrowing my friends for long periods of time.
6. Well I am a Glock guy but I have had the pleasure of shooting a XDS. My biggest gripe was it shot low and shot low with everyone, about 1 ft at 20yrds. Apparently this has been a common complaint, but it's worth just living with. It has a higher axis which can take some getting used to
7. Steelharp, I'm with you but the stupid magazine vase on a G36 turns me off.
8. If it was like new (they will wear really quick on the barrel though), I would pay No more than $400. Add for extras / subtract for wear. Cons- its a little thick, I'm a 40 fan boy but lean a little more towards the 9 in the p2022, the scarcity of mags and their price, holsters can be a little hard to find but really dependent on what kind of holster your looking for. Pros-it's a great gun and worth the money, you won't be sorry.
9. Here is one thing that you need to keep in mind; if you have commited a violationno matter how minor( within a statute) you have for the monument been detained. This is really no different than a arrest for the duration of a stop. In every state a citation is issued in leu of arrest so that officer has every reason to disarm you. I'm not saying that an officer should arrest for a simple motor vehicle violation but they could. That LEO would probably end up with a short career.
10. The kydex really doesn't cause too much wear.
11. I liked my Supertuck but I liked my Kholster better. I adventually grew into my 38" pants that I bought just for IWB. When I wear 40" and especially when I tuck in a shirt it looks like I'm carrying two guns tucked in. I just don't do IWB any more but if I loose about 4" in my waist I may.
12. Possession of or receiving stolen property is an almost impossible case to win for police. I just can't see a HCP holder carrying a gun that the police find as stolen going anywhere unless that person was a suspect anyway from the theft.
13. Supposedly there is a case in the Supreme Court but don't expect it to be heard. As of right now they have the right to disarm you and whatever they do they do. I will only disarm and check a serial number on a firearm if I feel something other than a traffic violation has occurred, this assuming they have a HCP. Remember in this state it is against the law to carry a loaded handgun, a HCP is only a defense to that law. Further reason a LEO can disarm you for whatever reason. There is case law saying that police can not pull a stereo out of a vehicle to check the serial numbers. Supposedly the same goes for a handgun laying in plain sight where the serial number can not be read. I

A$$ WIPE !!!

The only time in TN that a officer will take a license(that I know of) is when someone is driving while revoked/suspended and they produce the license. If its revoked/suspended and they are using for ID purposes it's not a problem. So if they have a wreck and they don't have insurance then only the judge can take a license. The judge may not physically take the license though but it will be revoked.
Not even sure they take the license unless you've been in a wreck, like if you can't show proof during a traffic stop? - OS
The police will not take it during the stop but if you don't have proof of insurance at court your license will be revoked. There is also some heavy fines as well. Also it is not up to the judge it's a requirement.
16.
No, clearly this is a case of the government attempting to strip rights away from people. That's what they do... wring their hands in dark smokey rooms, waiting for a natural disaster to happen so they can swoop in and do evil deeds.
Where is this happening at?
17. Boy, those were some close ones today. Roll Tide!!!
18. Do a google search on those guys. Some pretty bad reviews.
19.
I don’t know why anyone would think that. I don’t care how big a distributor is their territory will be covered by a new distributor. LEO’s and LEO agency aren’t going to disregard the M&P just because a particular distributor doesn’t handle it.
But that is the thing GT's at least in the South has had the manopoly on the LE market so their is not a wholesaler to pick them up. We are actually seeing Sig's in more and more LE holsters, because they are getting the best deals. I would go buy a S&W Shield but I have to pay retail. If LE agency's in TN want S&W's they have to pay retail or order them in. Police Departments are reluctant to buy guns they can't hold at the store or get to Demo. With the new law on confiscated firearms most all of these agencies are trading seized guns for new duty weapons. If there isn't somewhere to walk in and get S&W's in trade then these departments will. Of even consider S&W's. I'm not saying we will not see some M&P's in the holsters of LE but they won't appear easily for a while.
20.
Spiders don't bother me so much if they are not poisonous.
There is no such thing as a poisonous spider in N America, you can eat all of them! Now there are several species that are venemous.
21. Do you really have a need for a 23 Gen4 since you have a 19 Gen4?
22.
The battle for the LEO market is fierce. Because with it comes the private sector. Neither side is above lying nor doing whatever it takes to get it. Glock may be a good gun but they are losing that market to the M&P.
Most likely one of largest suppliers of firearms to law enforcement, GT Distribuhors, has dropped their S&W's because of a lack of agreement with territories. I think it will be harder for S&W to catch up.
23. http://www.thedenverchannel.com/lifestyle/family/rare-black-deer-born-in-colorado I thought I had heard of one before.
24. The parkerized Keltecs hold up well. I would just wipe it down after being exposed to sweat or moisture. It's not really a show gun anyway but should hold up well.
