1. What I mean by people are the victims is the government is not claiming an intrest but someone(the mall) chooses for this individual to not be there. By asking him to leave and he rufuses, he is subject to prosecution by the people(mall). Example in a court case they say the people vs. .../ the state vs....../ Smith vs.Johnson
2. A lot of people go to jail for exercising their 1st amendment rights because the people are victims. The bill of rights only gives you protection from the government not a buisness, person or private group. Here this guy was asked to cover the writing or leave. When he refused he was charged with trespassing. The mall and it's representatives will prosecute(through the assistance of the DA's office)
3. Here is what I can tell you. The people in Alaska don't bother with .45's. It used to be 44mag was everything in AK and you could buy 44mag in the grocery stores. Surprisingly the 10mm has developed a following there, it's not at the 44mag popularity yet. Remember the slower a HP is traveling the less it will expand. Even the cherished 230gr Gold Dots have been known not to expand. In a Grizzly I would be more concerned with getting 20" of penetration more than expansion though.
4. I didn't say it was impossible for jaguars to have two melanistic cubs. Normally it doesnt happen but the odds of one being melanistic is 1/10k, probably the odds of 2 in a litter is 50/50 out of the 1/10k. Those little guys are cute but display a classic example of ghost spots. Diablo that mentioned earlier was born in captivity but was truly solid black.
5. I am wondering if anyone has bought one of the new Rossi 44mag snub nosed revolvers at Academy? I went and looked at one and honestly it reminded me a lot of its cousin the Judge which I have had some weak primer strikes with. The 44 mag I held seamed to actually be tight and a decent trigger. They had them for $249 on Black Friday but I didnt want to fight the crowd. Since I have a rifle in 44mag so I'd like to have a pistol to shoot the same and have a large stash of 44mag ammo is another reason.
6. I'm surprised that MO news story hasn't blown up but there is not a documented "black species". Until recently in India a black Panthera has never given birth to another black Panthera. The one in MO is most likely a alleles of a gene known as melanism. I don't doubt that he was black but most likely he had "ghost markings" instead of a solid black pelt.
7. OS, I didn't know you lived in Omaha, NE. I recognize that guy as Diablo. I'll have to look but I believe he recently passed away.
8. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="TMF" data-cid="863173" data-time="1355891965">
These people better hope I never get cancer.

I see what you have done there. Lol
9. I recommend you try those BUffalo Bore's out first. The ones I had were so inaccurate I wouldnt even consider carrying them.
10. There are some wackos that live down the street from me that will do whatever they can to be heard. One of them stopped me today and was talking about the CT incident and how we are reaping the seeds we sow. I was about to say I understand why you think that way and he said, "our government commited this act for diversion and to enslave its people.". This guy never stops with his crazy theories.
11. |\__/| (='.'=) (")_(") Kitty!
12. Well, I knew him. Most of your assumptions are correct. He had several opportunities to come clean and get legal. He was open and bragged about his dealings. I have no sympathy for him, I even wonder how long it would have went on if he would not have sold to the cop killer, that is what sent the ATF his way. Supposedly the reason they stayed so persistent on him was they were wondering how in depth he was since everything he told them in questioning was lies. He actually gave them false written statements, which really pisses the ATF off.
13. Well that's a bugger but in TN I couldn't see you being charged or at least indicted by a grand jury. TN law states that even if your carrying a handgun without a permit but use it in self defense there isn't supposed to be a charge of carrying with intent to go armed. If you entered a gun free zone to terminate a shooter than yeah I think you might get commended. Now civilly your a** is out there for the taking.

Legality in question

That's exactly the way it was explained to me TMF.

Legality in question

I was informed either your living in TN or your original state of residence and not both. Your units address is the only addition whether it is TN or most likely KY.

Legality in question

Yeah to my understanding with Ft Campbell you have your original state of residency that your DL shows and the state of which you orders are. If your housing area is TN But orders are KY you still have KY and you original state of residency unless it's been changed to TN. Selling a firearm to a non FFL person with different residency is a Class E Felony.
17. Your probably way over thinking this. The FFL is required to keep those records. If you are really that concerned you could audio record the message and save on a external storage or save in a email. I went and did a knock and talk with the ATF once about a guy . It turned out the gun in question exchanged hands about a dozen times in a few years. They never would say why they were so intrested. They did ask the guy if he had a bill of sale but he didn't. The ATF didn't seam too surprised. The ATF was excited to get copy's of the emails which included the guys phone number. Oh and they didn't talk to the guy like a criminal, aggressively interrogate, or read him his rights. If I were a betting man I would say they were probably trying to figure out how someone came into possession that probably wasn't supposed to have one.
18. Motion activated water sprinklers.
19. Rem Golden Sabers are probably the most reliable HP as far as function in any given caliber or firearm. Still I would test a few of them.
20. It appears the gunman was a 22yr old using a stolen AR-15. Thankfully he experienced a malfunction limiting his casualties.
21. If your getting stovepipes only with the FMJ then I would seam like its either a stiff recoil spring or weak ammo. Truthfully I wouldn't carry a Kahr until I have at least 100 rds without an issue.
22. I have called in a plate only to let dispatch know which vehicle I have stopped so if the stop goes bad we actually have a chance of finding the vehicle and then we can find out who may have been in it. There is no need to assume whoever the plate comes back to is actually in the vehicle. Most of the time Bad guys don't legitimately own vehicles anyway. You are really worrying over nothing, the majority of LEO's are not disarming on simple traffic stops. I will say after someone goes through the trouble of disarming for me I'm probably going to be kind enough not to issue a ticket.(and I jave not till this day)
23. I thought just like you before I was exposed to reality. Sue me? Dude I get threatened with civil suits everyday. Don't believe everything you see or hear on TV. I have nothing in my name and that's assuming you could get past my huge arsenal of attorney friends that owe me favors. I will have you know most officers do not disarm every armed HCP they come across, I can only remember asking a few people. It's not the guns that I know are there that I fear, it's the ones I don't know about. I treat every vehicle and person like there may be a firearm there. I really don't care if they tell me anyway. The ones I have disarmed are ones that have commited a crime and not necessarily a traffic infraction. I have disarmed two guys matching the description of shoplifters leaving a Walmart.(wasn't them). I have disarmed a guy after a domestic and of course a few reckless endangermets involving a firearm.
24. You do not have to disclose to an officer that you are armed. You do not have to answer truthfully that you have a firearm on you but if you are found with one your wordeans nothing from that point. I don't believe a false statements to police Charge would stick.
25. TCA says otherwise.
