    Sure, but the issue is that Prosecution dropped the ball yesterday, today gets to hear what defense has outlined, and rectify his mistakes. Why is it an issue now? The trial should have never existed in the first place and prosecution has not provided enough evidence to prove they even have a case. 

What a difference, a professional lawyer (O'Mara) vs a hired lawyer(DLR) that the state went fishing for hoping he would get some airtime to make him famous. Calm, composed demeanor, not the screaming and yelling antics of the Prosecution.    And the parts that sucks is that Prosecution gets the last say..

Siht might as well do that, since they are going to try to get him if acquitted and string him up like a racist. Mob Rule will be in effect. 

  You know I'm not sure where you stand anymore, because this trial just went from stupid to above and beyond BS. It's so biased that it's going to sent a terrible precedence that the state is going to have to deal with for a while. 

Eray, yes, 3rd degree felony murder based on child abuse because TM was a minor. 

Here we go, looks like the judge is leaning on letting 3rd degree going as well. 

    She agreed, the prosecution is just fishing for other items to stick him with, so they are looking at 3 options, 3rd degree, 2nd degree, and manslaughter, so they are trying to get him regardless if they were able to provide enough evidence to prove it.

The Judge will allow for a lesser charge of manslaughter, even though the prosecution has not been able to prove either 2nd murder or manslaughter.. Now they are looking at Child Abuse to file for 3rd degree murder,  They are reaching, really bad now.. 

How many black on black crimes go unnoticed?   NONE!   How many black on white crimes get heard of? maybe a Day. How many any other race on Black crimes get heard? most of them.   Why because any crime against a black person is viewed as a racists. And to be honest that needs to cease.. All races have their ugly ducklings, but seems one has more than other and they need to policy their own. The same applies to the Muslims, they allow for their kind to kill and commit crimes, but yet, when it's flipped they are whining.    They can't have it both ways..

Defense once again has asked GZ to be acquitted. And Prosecution agrees that defense submitted sufficient, but leaves an open for  continuing the trial.  I'm sure she will save no, again.. 

Sorry but the two head theory won't work, if she comes over naked, it's gonna raise a flag that something is wrong.. :rofl: plus did he just leave his front door open? It's his wife's fault, he hasn't gotten any in a while hence the reason they got robbed..   

So you french now?    Look you can Morning Quarterback either one of their actions, GZ should have stayed in his truck, TM should've went home. Neither of that happened, but it doesn't matter at this point, the actions that led to TM death, have been outlined and seriously and heavily support self defense. Like they said in OJ's trial, if it don't fit, you must acquit.. Dude is walking, no ands, ifs, or buts about it.. They will riot and some will probably get all butt hurt or lose their lives, but at the end of the day, TM has to be held accountable for his actions that day as well as GZ, as it takes to two bodies for a fight and he picked the wrong person to fight.     GZ will have to live with that for the rest of his life and he will be judged by that until he's gone. TM probably would have ended up in jail anyways or dead.. 

don't what you too are arguing over, trial should wrapped up in a few days and in a few weeks, everyone will be like TM/GZ who?  So no need to get your panties in a bunch..     

Looks like Defense has wrapped it up.. maybe a verdict by next week..   Maybe not yet.. 

Either Shapton, Jessie, or someone else calls the verdict stupid or asks the doj to investigate

Okay, Is it me or what, but defense is calling different types of witnesses that are rock solid on experience, background, and knowledge. Compared to the Prosecution witnesses, i.e. the ME, that doesn't have a clue..

This is going to sound like it's a racist statement, just want to forewarn you all that it's not, so now, not only will White people be considered racist, now us Latinos will be too.. Wonder what today is going to bring.. The mere fact that he lied about telling LEOs that wasn't his son, even after the two LEO testified, it's pretty damn amazing.. Not to mention all the objections yesterday by prosecution and the big one of them all the Vietnam Veteran's testimony on how someone can tell from hearing cries, after being around them for a while, who they are. The state wanted his testimony removed because they claimed Defense put a rabbit out the hat and didn't tell them.. Today should be interesting.. 

Defense puts TM's dad on stand.. Said he never said No, he says he said he didn't know, that two LEOs vs 1 dad. 

This is what happens when you empower people to do stupid sh!t, instead of holding them accountable for their actions. 

Great witness, Vietnam Combat Veteran that was a Doc, explains that medics have the ability to tell who it is that needs help when they are injured before even getting there. He got emotional as it brought back memories he wished he didn't want to recall ever again.. When he asked and he got  emotional. Prosecutor is not trying to drill him, pretty low since the guy has some demons that haunt him.      Prosecution is stuck on the recording about the "These a-holes always get away", not anything else, guess they are trying to drive that point instead of defending their stance.. 

I'm sorry but TM's mom reminds me of Dilbert. just no emotion in her face..
