Just my two cents for anyone looking at buying a holster for the new SIG P238...
1. El Paso Saddlery makes a simple horsehide pocket holster for $50-delivered. Bit pricey for what it is, but the thing is very-very nice. Great stitching and seemed sides plus I like that it covers higher on the frame to protect the SAO-safety. Supple right out of the box, plus the guy who owns the place (Don?) said the horsehide will get better with age. Recommended...A+.
2. Crossbreed Mini-Tuck for tuckable IWB, I got the horeshide "upgrade" for this one. Immediately (first wear) melted away on my frame and will make the gun invisble even under a teeshirt. Recommended A+ as well. Sidenote: NRA members can get a 10% from Crossbreed by including "NRA" in coupon box and your NRA number in the "message box" on the order page. I love a discount.
I'd post pix, but that would be a hassle and I am feeling lazy; check-out the co websites for better and more acurate pix anyway...I was not surprised when either arrived. Again, my opinions only but feedback + or - on items like this you may not be able to see before you order is always helpful to me.
Best, Dave
