I've used Lansky for several years and liked the results.

My Garand will arrive tomorrow, after being picked out at the CMP Store in Anniston last week. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can fire it this weekend.

A trip to the range and a loaded 1911, will answer the question, why we are drawn to the 1911.

I was there last week and there were not many rifles available.

After searching for several months, I found a Ruger commander a few weeks ago in Memphis at Guns and Ammo. After the first few hundred rounds of factory and reload ammunition, it seems to be a nice pistol.

I've been using Unique with the uniflow powder measure and have gotten consistant results. I try to keep the level 50 - 75%.

He should try a 9mm and a .40 at the range before making a decision. While the 9 shoots well, it's become a problem to find 9mm ammo.

There should be a hearing to examine the actual condition of the individual veteran before revoking his permit, not simply an administrative task. -
The instructor should have explained this during the class.
