  1. It would be difficult to find a gunsmith to do the work.  The difference in pressure for the 9mm is too great for me to want to trust it.
  2. I didn't choose the stupidest firearm accessory I've ever paid for.  It was the worthless lock included with a firearm purchase.
  3. The last few TVs I bought were vizio and they have worked for several years without any problem.
  4. I have over a dozen 1911 pistols and none of them have ever had a problem.
  5. I solved the issue this week.  I got a 9mm 1911.
  6. .....Is anyone else not a fan of these fat, slow bullets that cost a lot?   I'm also getting fat, slow and cost a lot.   The 1911 and 45 acp have been getting the job done for over 100 years.
  7. There are several other ranges in the Memphis area.  Those who purchase the hcp badges at their prices ( or any price) probably should stay at the range in Millington.
  8. Depending on your choice of weapon, an ankle holster might work.
  9. After finding it difficult to draw while wearing a seat belt, I decided it was a good excuse to have a second pistol in my vehicle.
  10. There are other places to get ammo other than walmart.
  11. The 442 is great for pocket carry.
  12. I follow proper maintenance for all of my vehicles and guns.  if you don't take care of them, how can you expect them to take care of you?
  13. When you slide along the edge of a razor blade, it's good to remember the steep slope on the sides may be painful.
  14. Congrats on a nice rifle.  I know when I finally get my first Henry, I'll have to have another one.
  15. I bought a brick of .22 and several boxes of 9 mm, .380, 40 and 45 acp at reasonable prices this week in GA.  Each month if the prices are reasonable I buy more than I shoot, if not I don't buy it and shoot less.
  16. There are ham clubs in most areas that offer classes to prepare for the exams.  Most instructors offer a lot of information beyond that required to pass the test.
  17. Don't know if anyone's hitting deer in the woods, but they've hit 5 on the road this week.
  18. the little voices in my head that keep telling me ...
  19. I've been saving the brass, but haven't started loading .380 yet.  Most of my loading time is 45 ACP.
  20. I've found other places to do business now.  I may pay a small amount more, but will be dealing with businesses I trust.

  22. We shouldn't be so hard on our politicians, they are the best that money can buy.
