Congrats on the new shotgun!  I've had a Maverick for a year and it's served it's purpose well.  I got it for home protection - hope I don't ever need for it to pay for itself.

I've always thought most of the gun laws in CA were "likely unconsititutional".

It's the best looking gun Glock has ever made.

I've continued purchasing a few boxes every time I see ammo on the shelf but I haven't had time to  shoot very often this year.  If the price is more than I want to pay, I don't need it as I've got an adequate supply of most calibers now.  I don't have time to go to walmart every week to see the empty ammo shelves.

Lazy or stupid?  The resulting impression is the same.

I'm using a Uniden Guardian wireless system from Sams on my home.   My only complaint is I would like to be able to adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection. Tree limbs will trip the recorder on the most sensitive setting.  My hounds don't give as many false alarms. :rofl:

I was looking into the process before I returned to working full time.  Meeting the local city and county zoning requirements are the most difficult areas of the process.

It looks like the media forgot.  I haven't heard it even mentioned this year.

My Kimber has been exactly what I expected from KImber - accurate and dependable.  In the price range it sells, I expect a gun to be well made and reliable.  I've heard several complain about them and say they'd never own another one.  My RIA is also accurate and dependable, at a much lower price.   I'd like to have several more of each. :)

Can't go wrong with an 870.

I used a similar lock with a key years ago before I had a safe and it served its purpose.

I'd been thinking of looking for a 10mm, but it looks like another 45 acp will be my next purchase.

I would prefer the SA in the ad for $729, although the kimber is a nice pistol at that price.
