  1. I like wood on my rifles, pistols and knives.
  2. I know it's early but when the Godson is made what inlays are being considered?  I have one with black handle and cocobolo wood that is beautiful.
  3. ..... That was a heck of a write-up. And it kind of reinforces my philosophy of using specific products for specific purposes. With some overlap of course. I have lubes, cleaners and rust preventatives. I rarely buy one that claims to be all in one.   I keep several products, using each for a specific purpose.
  4. The ProTech knife I now carry has a value much higher than the Benchmade I previously carried.  Gun or knife, if I can't use it, then I don't need it.  I carry an inexpensive knife and gun for daily use to prevent damage to my better items..
  5. If there isn't some new evidence in the shootings, then why should the case be tried again?  There is nothing to be gained for the citizens or victims that can result from a new trial.  The liberals and lawyers are the only ones who can possibly gain from another trial.
  6. What is the price at Academy?  If it's reasonable I'd like to get a few boxes.
  7. There's a reason it's said that a man's best friend is a dog.
  8. Big Bro has more than enough information on me, with or without an ip address.  I don't use whitehouse.gov as I don't see it accomplishing anything.
  9. I don't think my elected officials pay much attention to anything other $$$.  I don't have enough money to get their attention.
  10. FB can be a useful tool.  Used improperly, a tool can do serious damage.
  11. I'll contact my representative to show opposition to HR 5344 but I avoid whitehouse.gov
  12. The circled bullet holes will look good on this knife.  I'm looking forward to having one in my hand.
  13. The liberals will attack 2nd Ammendment rights using any method available to them.
  14. My RI 9mm has been an accurate and dependable pistol.  The finish may not be as nice as my other, more expensive pistols but it functions reliably as any other pistol I own.
  15. I didn't choose my carry guns by the action.  I have several different guns I like and each has it's advantages under different requirements.  Try different guns and one or several will fit your requirements.
  16. I looked at a microtech scarab on the internet and liked it, but so far can't convince myself to spend that amount on a knife.
  17. I had an inexpensive coleman tent and it was fine for moderate TN and TX weather.  Ease of setting up, good ventilation and netting seemed to be the most important features to look for.
  18. I'm glad to see the Commercial Appeal in Memphis has removed the HCP database from the newspaper.
  19. I've been pleased with my XDS9.  It's easy to carry and reliable.  SA has excellent customer service should it ever have a problem.
  20. I rarely see anyone open carry other than at a range or gun shop.  I don't think the majority of the public notices a holstered pistol.
  21. I got a Henry several months ago and it's been fun to shoot.  The only thing preventing it getting more range time is the availability of .22 ammo.
  22. The site has been very helpful to me as I travel across several state lines.
