  1. The only problem I've seen with grip on my current BR-1 is getting it out of the hands of those who have offered to buy it from me.
  2. I sold all of my guns after they began asaulting each other in the safe.  There was a constant dispute to be in front of the safe.
  3. I'm near memphis but rarely hear of break ins in the area I live in.  I've been thinking of leaving a Mini 14 or an AR in my truck.  The last break in I had was at a Lowes over 15 years ago.  I now know not to leave objects visible on the seat of a car even for 5 minutes.
  4. Glock 27 or Ruger SR9C.  My G27 has been a nice pistol for concealed carry.  I haven't handled a SR9C but the Rugers I've shot were accurate and dependable.
  5. I've never seen anyone wearing a 5.11 shooters vest who wasn't carrying.  A shooters vest and concealed carry are not compatible.
  6. As I entered a vet's office a pitbull attaked my dog.  A swift kick from my steel toe work shoe ended the situation but the owner wanted to be stupid as well.  I told the owner she was fortunate that I hadn't killed the dog.  The owner and dog are no longer welcome at this vet's office.
  7.   At that price, I could afford to stand around for awhile.  Congrats on the SA pistol.
  8. After viewing the $1100 Damascus blade Magic knives on the Protech site, this knife became an easier decision.
  9. I have a minimum of 3 magazines per pistol, over 30 1911 magazines for 6 pistols, 3 per M1A, 8 for 2 ARs.  I've been more concerned with keeping a supply of ammunition to refill them.
  10. I need to do an inventory.  I've lost track of my count as I've been adding ammo over the year and haven't updated my count.
  11. Only movie I've been to in the last several years was American Sniper.
  12. I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.  Recent events are changing the way I look at self defense.  I can see an AR or mini14 in my truck. (Without rifle rack however)
  13. This is going to kill my gun budget but the knife addiction wins.  This knife will have a spot reserved for it in my safe beside the first TGO knife.
  14. Congrats KahrMan.  My wife is happy I was slow to make a decision on this one.  My next knife will be a Protech with a Damascus blade.

    Finally gave in

As I look in the safe there are two AR rifles among the other rifles, revolvers, 1911 pistols and knives.  I don't have the room in the safe or funds for another addiction.
  16. I'd call customer service as I haven't heard of this problem. I have about 400 rounds through mine.
  17. According to annual testing, the water quality from MLG&W is some of the best in the country.
  18. I've used a Uniden Guardian for over a year without any problems.  It works well with my cell phone.
  19. If they are liberals I have a difficult time considering them as family.
  20. Reading this reminds me of the reasons I hate to fly.
  21.   My wife can shoot 45 acp very well, but she likes to carry a .40.  The best option is to fire different calibers and guns and the best choice will easier to make.
  22. You can't go wrong with a 17 or 19 but I would also consider a 26.
