  1. I've ordered guns from RangUSA as well as online orders shipped to them. They were quick and had good prices as well.
  2. Congrats on the Ultra CDP II. I've had one for a few years and it's a great pistol.

    Wilson Combat CQB

I've only had my CQB for a few days. This is the best built firearm I've ever handled.
  4. The only problem with getting a pistol from Springfield is one isn't enough. I've got five and another being built at their Custom Shop now.

    Glock 27

I'm using a Don Hume untill I find a better holster. I also got the G27 as a backup or glove box gun, but it';s too nice a pistol to never carry it.
  6. but they won't be good!
  7. I've had a Ultra CDP II for several years. It was broken in using FMJ for about 500 rounds before using HP. I haven't had any problems using factory or reloaded HP. I've had no complaints with it.
  8. fullsize 1911
  9. I tried to get information and volunteer months ago and have got no response. Some of us needed information to make plans - none was provided.
  10. 2 Blue tick coonhounds and a Dalmation
  11. I've got a Pet Safe model. My blue tick hound just waited untill the battery went out, then he went out too.
  12. Sorry I missed them. I needed someone to hold my targets last weekend.
  13. I learned long ago not to argue with a cop. You probably won't like the result - I didn't. There's better ways to do things.
  14. Is that a "don't ask, don't tell" issue?
  15. + 1 for Gunsafe. it is great.
  16. I usually just keep up with model number, serial number, date/place/price of purchase.
  17. Not many criminals will spend much time getting into a safe, not knowing what is in it, while several dogs are nipping at their legs and arms.
  18. Although I love my M1A, I finally got my first AR last December.
  19. The 10/22 is a good choice- easy to find aprts and accessories. It's easy to maintain and very dependable.
  20. I'm not familar with the PT92, but the M9(92FS) has done well in the military for 25 years. The Beretta is easy to shoot and maintain. Mags and accessories for it are easy to obtain.
  21. extended wear contacts could be a solution

    I'm torn G26 or G27

My G27 has been 100% reliable. The difference in ammo prices doesn't bother me. I'd prefer to spend a few more dollars for a second pistol than get two different barrels for the same pistol.
  23. I've yet to have a problem with any of the pistols I've owned other than AMT. I like my glock but would prefer to carry a pistol with more safety features.
  24. I've haven't replaced a magazine spring in over 30 years of shooting. I rotate the use of over 20 1911 mags. The only maint I give them is cleaning occasionally.
  25. The XD-40sc is a nice pistol. I've been shooting mine over two years without any problems from it. If you need something to snake gun duty, a ruger LCR might be a good choice.
