  1. I can see no reason to ever place the hammer at half cock.
  2. Get the size you want today. You'll get the others later. The 1911 is highly addictive!
  3. There's a reason it has a safety!
  4. I would think a felon wouldn't want to take the risk of an additional crime, by handling a firearm. However we constantly see felons getting new charges while using a gun in the process. I guess their prison time wasn't a memorable experience for them.
  5. There are numerous assessories for the 10/22 available.
  6. No chance that the Commie Appeal in Memphis would print a story like that.
  7. Why would anyone cc without a round in the chamber? That's about the same as having a spare tire in the trunk with no air in it.
  8. This isn't necessary on renewals -just new permits! Failure to complete within 10 days of issue date, could result in being listed on the next update of the Memphis Commie Appeal database of HCP holders.
  9. Haven't been to their shop yet, but made a few firearms purchases from them at gunshows.
  10. Unless there's bad weather, I'll miss this one due to the Appleseed at Como, MS.
  11. It should no longer be available!
  12. That info will save me spending for another holster to add the box of those that didn't work.
  13. It might be a slow news day, but some of us don't appreciate the efforts of the :poop:commie appeal:poop: to publish our personal information.

    Congrats!
  15. Thanks for posting this. The subject I have to discuss in art history class this week is government censorship of art. This is the best example of why it should never happen.
  16. I see it as a contest between two democrats - one honest about it, the other lies about it
  17. Shelby County records show - Grant J Smith & Carrie Brown
  18. Less politicians=Less taxes?
  19. It looks the September 25,26 Appleseed is full. I saw an additional one listed for November 13, 14.
  20. coonhounds howling at the cat next door
  21. I'd like to have attended, but that's a lot of $$ when you're out of work.
  22. Colt's Combat Commander would be worth looking at, if you want something smaller than a full size 1911.
  23. As the CA "data reporter", Grant J Smith, updated the database during a holiday weekend, he may have made a few mistakes trying to meet a deadline.
  24. :popcorn:Colt lists three carrying modes in their safety and instruction manual. None of them is half cocked.
  25. I'm not going to contact the CA and ask why I'm not there.
