Last summer I wanted a pocket gun for times a G27 or a 1911 wasn't an option. The 442 is light weight and easy to carry in a pocket.

My G27 has a manual safety. It's worked my entire life without a failure. If I handle my pistol safely, there are no accidents with it. Also, if I don't hit anything I don't need a seatbelt.

Frequent practice is more important than the caliber you choose. If you aren't comfortable with a weapon, you probably won't have it, when you need it.
