  1. Really smooth action. I have been happy with mine. I don't shoot it much.
  2. Good choice! I have one in 45 Colt
  3. YES IT SHOULD. Short the leads together and it should drop to zero (ish).
  4. If it's an auto ranging meter, 290 microvolts could be a normal stray AC voltage. Digital multimeters have high input impedances, usually around 10 megohms.
  5. Short the leads together and see what it reads. If the meter is reading 290 volts without the leads connected, it's broken. I have used cheap mulitimeters in real heavy AM RF fields. They will pick some stuff up with open leads, but are normally fine once the are connected to a circuit. I'm talking about using them at the transmitter site, where fields are 10 volts per meter and above.
  6. Don't underestimate some of the psa barrels. Last one I built for my brother was sub moa with a stainless freedom 16 inch middy barrel, Kmr handguard, and a Geissele Ssa-e. I did lap the upper receiver and bed the barrel extension.
  7. A handguard can range between $15.00 and $300+. It's too easy to move the price of the rifle by moving any of the parts away from milspec.
  8. My truck gun is a PTAC rifle kit. I paid a little more than this. In terms of reliability, I would trust it as much as any of my other AR's, all worth a lot more. It's an AR. If it breaks, it's cheap and easy to fix.
  9. Good to know. I know it will vaporize a rabbit's head
  10. I think a 223 is probably more useful. The 17 is good because the bullets aren't as likely to do damage beyond the target.
  11. I like the 17HMR. Mine is real accurate as well.
  12. I carry my 43 and 19 in Raven Phantom holsters with a cover garment
  13. I own a 43. I don't own a shield, but do own a lot of other pistols. Pistols are real personal things. I carry my 43 a lot, because it has the best features for carry. I would much rather shoot several of my other pistols. My Glock 19 is probably my favorite. Point is, I don't have my 43 because it fits my hand better. I have it because it fits my belt better. But, that's just me. I don't shoot pistols a lot, and have plenty to choose from when I do. Most folks are gonna practice with their carry gun more than me. Just pays to think about it before you drop the cash.
  14. I haven't seen one yet. You gotta be a bigger asshole... like me
  15. Shut up! I need more AR's like I need a Walmart sackfull of pussy hats.
  16. Says another guy that was 100% sure of Hillary's win. Nice slam on TGO, brothah.
  17. Impossible to tell for sure, I guess. Hell, some folks thought Hillary was gonna win by a landslide.
  18. There is ALWAYS a used condom in the bushes. It's why they put the bushes there to begin with.
  19. They helped push lots of folks to the polls. Future gun rights was a big thing to a lot of us. At the time, we didn't know we were gonna have the HUGE bonus of all those liberal tears. I even sent the NRA some bucks. You're welcome.
  20. Truth
  21. This is great for somebody that already has a gold toilet.
  22. I haven't seen any. But, I usually pop in a few times a day and say something stupid.
  23. Good idea, especially if your talking that Kentucky style entertainment.
