  1. Didn't notice that. Duh
  2. I didn't hear it called a 1911. I heard them comparing the trigger and general look to a 1911. It's a striker gun with some unconventional guts. Calling it a 1911 would be counter productive.
  3. That looks like a helluva gun...
  4. I'm with Omega. The fat kid is smarter, and way less crazy than he acts. Trump called his hand. He has to know that he will be zorched off the face of the planet if he launches ANY nukes.
  5. You just won't get a free key ring or secret handshake.
  6. Good thing I bought mine back in June. Got ten for ten bucks. Solunia ISO certified.
  7. The Ammunition and Reloading forum is still there. It doesn't seem to have the "Obama's coming for your guns/300 Blackout" traffic. Clubs could be great.
  8. Nope. I'm thinking the grasshopper knew it even before his head started smoking.
  9. When I was a little kid, I made a grasshopper's head smoke with a magnifying glass. I'm wearing the glasses. Already checked mine. The made by the company mentioned above, and are silver on the fronts, and black on the backs.
  10. Good info. My pile is good
  11. Fortunately for me, both back yards are in the 100% footprint. Won't have to deal with traffic
  12. Mine never broke. I shot it a lot. Had a 3" chamber too. I had o pad up to shoot those.
  13. Yep. Kicked like a horse
  14. I have the first gun I ever shot, my dad's 22. Don't know what happened to the first one I ever owned. It was an Ithaca 20 gauge single barrel. I hated that thing.
  15. The problem with 00 buck is that it's deadly way past where you can control it with most defensive shotguns. So, you really need slugs and 00 buck for a real fight. And THAT's when feeding the gun get trickier.
  16. Hindsight is 20/20. This happens over and over again. There are smart folks that allow it. I guess that one thing good about our big old turd of a system. It moves way too slow to get past the quick folks. Now, if we can just find somebody that doesn't need to be kicked out.
  17. In that case, slather that sucker in red loctite and give the torque your best guess. Torque won't matter much if the barrel ain't wobblin. Best part... you will know the required removal tool. Propane torch.
  18. I can't find a picture of that thing anywhere. If I was going for much more than a sloppy blaster gun, I would probably just cry twice and get a name brand part. I'm on the snobby side when it comes to handguards anyway. I'm not about to stick a barrel on a rifle without the right tool. Now, the way to put torque on a smooth round surface without dinking it up is a barrel vise. That may work in place of the right tool. I picked this on the last 3 builds. Love 'em. 19. Did you see the Lugers?
  20. He's gonna dip it in some mud
  21. St. Louis County is a strange place. All those little turd municipalities would have been annexed by St. Louis eons ago if the hadn't locked down the St. Louis city border.
  22. You should consider beautiful Ferguson, MO. I understand it's near impossible to get shot by the police there. You may get shot by one of the residents, but that's the trade-off.
