Who in Nashville Has Stripped Lowers in Stock?

Thanks much. I passed it along. FWIW, Guns N More quit doing transfers a few days ago. As we left it yesterday, he is going to have a PSA transferred in via Royal Range. I DID let him know about the Bellshire deal. -
Who in Nashville Has Stripped Lowers in Stock?

OK. PSA prices haven't budged. Good FFL for transfers? -
Asking for a friend. He's close to the Armory. Another option is to transfer one in from PSA. That's where he bought his parts. So, if you can recommend somebody with reasonable transfer fee, he can do that.

I love my Model 36 snubbie. I rarely carry either of my J Frames. Still have lots of affection. At one time, it was THE gun to conceal.
-
G19 for me as well. I carry a 43 more, but if I could only have one...

I knew you were. They're pretty much all specialty tools. Roll pin and roll pin starter punches, receiver vise blocks and specialized assembly blocks. I use an impact style center punch to stake the castle nut, but you can use an old school center punch. Click type torque wrench for the barrel nut. Armorer's wrench.

Most I have dealt with were one. That's how I wound up building the gun pictured above, and its twin.
-
Building them is really fun and low stress if you have the tools. My first one was stressful because I didn't have any of the cool tools. Fast forward somewhere around 20 builds, and I have everything now. I can focus on the little extra care, which is the true benefit of assembling your own guns. Of course, you get to pick your parts too. Not a small deal if you want something more than dirt cheap. Of course, you can always upgrade.

You may not be able to find the blems

I bought the lowers locally. I think they were a good price. Almost none of my guns have matching receivers. Maybe just the TGO guns. I have been VERY happy with the PSA product. Built me a truck gun because there was a sale. Then built a couple for my brother and my girlfriend's son. My brother had me upgrade his with a BCM handguard, a Geissele trigger and a Magpul stock. While I was at it. I lapped the upper receiver. That gun shoots sub MOA now, with the cheap PSA stainless barrel that came on it.

Not true. My Double star lower doesn't match anything. Here's an Anderson Lower with a PSA upper. If that isn't close enough, just get a PSA lower transferred in.

New info. The dad isn't dead. His IS an extreme asshole, though.

Do you really NEED an AR-15? Snap out of it, man. I'm getting worried

That was a robust post for a hurt man . Good to see you, Doug.

Part of society wants to punish US.

I heard that too. But, the pictures I posted came from the shooter's step sister. She isn't saying that. It's not a town. The school is out in the county. My brother and sister graduated from there. Bullying or no, he's gonna be charged with murder. David will tell you, that area is full of good, compassionate christian folks. With that said, he will most likely go to prison for life. I think the Heath shooter did.
-
Behind the school? I always hit them as soon as they needed it. I reckon I did get in trouble for it.
-
I hit some bullies in the face when I was young. I got the same beating as them from the teacher types, because it always turned into a fight (for some reason). I guess you would probably get expelled these days. Good thing I'm old. I would do it again. Best medicine for a bully is the sight of his own blood.

I agree 100%.

Rumor is that his dad died the day before. I, for one, will never excuse somebody for a mass shooting. But, some folks can be closer to the edge than others. I will find out if there is any truth to the dad rumor. Haven't talked to my sister in law yet.
-
He probably just needs a group hug. Poor thing.
-
I hear that he already has. A few years of good prison love will help his self esteem. He may even lose some of that baby fat.

My girl is in touch with a bunch of folks there. She even sent me a picture of the shooter from one of the students. She also has family that works there. For those not aware, Marshall county is the western shore of Kentucky Lake from the dam on south until you run out of county. It's not unusual to hear semi-automatic gunfire nearby. Sometimes it's my brother. Sometimes it's me. Sometimes it's the neighbors. Good luck, Gabby.
