I like the sight picture a lot better on the Eotech. I agree that the Aimpoint is probably more reliable. Can't beat the battery life either.

I have an Eotech and an Aimpoint. My personal preference is the Eotech if you have a flip-up front sight.

Gophert is a good guy. Got a Model 36 S&W from him a couple of weeks ago. I'm tickled for him.

I hope you're not using the term RINO to describe somebody doesn't have some religious/moral agenda. They need to be worried about running the country. Sooner or later, somebody is going to have to deal with the stuff that matters. I don't CARE if homos get married.

Everything wears out eventually. If you buy a good cheap one, you'll probably get your money out of it. Check the reviews on the Midway site. If it's a POS, you can usually find out there. Aimpoint has a 10 year warranty, but they're not cheap.

They're gonna declare millions of people crazy? That's the way to win friends and influence people. :-) I'm only suggesting that death threats could be investigated. If somebody threatened your life, and you believed them, you might call the cops. You might even expect them to look into it.

I would think that law enforcement could act on documented death threats without violating any rights. At least investigate it.
