I'm headed toward that kind of consistency. I bought an RCBS Chargemaster, but you can do it with a good scale and trickler. Add a micrometer bullet seater and you're on the way.

Some lowers aren't tapped all the way through. It's not just PSA. I think all of mine are. I only have one that uses a set screw for sear engagement.

I was at home. Watched the whole thing on TV. After the initial shock, my overwhelming emotion was anger (not that there wasn't plenty of grief too). After 10 years, I still have plenty of that left.

I shoot mostly rifles. I have a bunch of load development to do, and figure Charlie's place will be better for that. It can be a huge pain just getting to the shooting position at Stones River if you have a bunch of crap with you.

I watched it as it happened. I still have a VERY clear memory. Still feels like it happened yesterday.

I keep a membership at Stones River because it's in the neighborhood, but have plans to join Charlie's range as well.

A .17 HMR reaches out better than any other rimfire, but the wind scoots it around pretty good. You can also buy a fairly cheap varmint rifle that will shoot Sub MOA. .22 LR is slow, so it won't go very far before it goes subsonic. That impacts accuracy. There is a LOT to consider.

I try to be respectful too, but it can change when somebody else changes it. The teacher wasn't being respectful... at all.
