  1. You need a Nancy Pelosi head. Leave the umbrella where it is
  2. I just got this picture of you trying to get a 400lb hog into a john boat :-)
  3. Actually, we don't do that with everybody. We treat the real users a little differently... the ones that don't normally break their machines.
  4. We have a rule. You break it, we reimage it. Doesn't take that long at all. User data lives on file servers. I don't do any of that work myself, but my guys do.
  5. Faster rendering a 3D model, or faster browsing tiddies.com?
  6. We have quite a few boxes running Linux, just not in a desktop roll. It's a real stable OS.
  7. "Your ass is dry, sir."
  8. Just joking around. If somebody buys a Mac for what it really is, then they done good. It's a good enough platform that I stuck with it for 10 years. It's just a different world, and is a superior platform if you can live in that world.
  9. Desktop OS market share... Windows: 92.9% (idiots) Mac: 6% (smart people) So there, Lester
  10. It's simple to me. When the cop asks for my license, I'll notify then while he can see my hands. To me, that situation is a lot less tense than him running my license, and then approaching the car when he can't see what I'm doing. There is NO reason to wind things up with those folks when they work in such a dangerous job. I would think that any cop would appreciate you sparing his adrenalin.
  11. This is the thread to do it
  12. So... you're asking me to find a quote of a politician telling the truth? Can I just shoot a monkey out of my butt instead?
  13. Replacing Obama with a Homo Hater ain't gonna fix a thing. We need real solutions. It's so easy to drag the American public around be the nose that it won't ever happen. We deserve what we're getting. I promise it will keep coming long after the 2012 elections.
  14. Yep... he screwed the pooch on that one. Still, it was more incompetence than it was a desire to destroy the country. You can almost say that about ALL politicians.
  15. The Barnes TTSX fully expands at 1000fps in .458 caliber. I'll bet it will in .308 as well. Not cheap, but good for low pressure stuff.
  16. Keep sayin' it
  17. If the 110gr was a Match King, they tend to fly apart.
  18. That was my experience too. Nice improvement.
  19. That's cool, and there's a gazillion bullet choices.
  20. The cool thing about the AAC is the .223 parent case. It's on my list to play with as soon as I get the SOCOM running well with my own loads.
  21. There's more to it. I'm not familiar with the fine details of the caliber, so the seating depth is probably too deep. Also didn't play with various powders. The manufacturers can sometimes get a little more velocity using canister powders too. A 123 is gonna be a little slower, but not by alot. It was just a quick check. Looks like the 300blk is way more than a pistol round. I may play with it some more. Quickload has a huge bullet library, but they're sorted by manufacturer.
  22. I looked for a 123. The point of this exercise is that you should be able to get close to those numbers with the available case capacity.
