Most liberals I know are anti-gun at some level. At the very least, they'll back Obama on his "common sense" gun law crap. The sight of an AR-15 makes a lot of them pee their pants, even though they think "hunting rifles" are probaby OK.

I have used both. I use a Droid now, but still have the iPhone. I much prefer the iPhone. Wound up with the Droid because AT&T sucks, and we fired them with malace. We switched to Verizon before the iPhone was available. The Droid feels like a cheap copy.

Come on now. Do you really believe that law enforcement stopped him from doing something stupid with his gun? He got drunk and drove a car. The gun was just there. My money says that he wouldn't have discharged the gun unless he was defending himself. This wasn't Curry's first night out.

If you don't take the test, you are charged with Implied Consent, and automatically lose your license. Just means he plans to fight the DUI conviction in court. I would too if I was in his shoes. Sometimes, there are worse things than losing your license. EDIT: I should say, that's how it was explained to me by a criminal lawyer that does a lot of DUI work. There are sets of circumstances when you shouldn't blow. This was a few years ago, so the picture may have changed.
