I didn't find love until I got my hands on a Gen 4. You can add an Apex tactile/audible reset kit to your M&P (which I did), but it's still not as well defined as the Glock. I have no complaints with the M&P after the Apex upgrades, but the Glock is just fine too.

I've had that feeling for awhile. Took them long enough to get one in the game.

Yep. Looks like that Eotech is designed for a lower 1/3 cowitness with your irons. Personally, I don't like that setup with an Eotech. I think you're seeing what your are supposed to see. I used a riser under my 512, because it cowitnesses in the center of the Eotech without a riser. When I decided I hated it, I removed the riser and went with flip-ups. i don't think you can go that route without changing optics. BTW... I like lower 1/3 with a round optic. My Aimpoint is mounted for lower 1/3 on my other rifle, and it's just fine. It's a regular A2 front sight, with a Magpul in the rear. The front sight doesn't get in the way when you're using the optic, but you still have a good sight picture when you switch to irons.

Gen 4, G23. Polish job. May change to a gen 3 trigger bar and 3.5 connector at some point.

I went the other way. I dialed the Eotech at the range, and then dialed my irons into it. With my 512, They came up right in the middle of the Eotech, which I hated. I replaced my A2 front sight with a Yankee Hill flip-up, and the irons stay down and out of the way unless the Eotech dies.

Varget it is. I'll probably pop for some CCI BR4 primers too. I'm gonna try to get the fastest loads I can without the groups opening up. I would like to keep them supersonic out to 900. The 77's will do that. Yes. Same upper we discussed. Model One with a 24" stainless bull. I shot that group right after I built it. You may recall, I worked with Shaw and the David Tubb folks to get the best application of the Final Finish product. I conditioned the barrel, cleaned it, and it's been in the safe ever since. I expect good things.

Let's take a 30 gun limit. You have 150 guns to move, so you need 5 guys, and it's legal all of a sudden. Ambiguous laws are there for a reason.

I don't think that all liberals are out to take my guns. I believe that some liberals believe that they possess superior intelligence, and can fix all of the "gun problems" with smart new laws. So, it's my guns, and your ego. I believe you have the right to that big ego as long as it doesn't hurt anybody else. In this case, it works to chip away at our very fragile rights. With that said, I guess we're back to the smurf balls.
