  1. More like cheap labor.
  2. Listen to 6.8. He has been down the road with that caliber.
  3. I got the Flitz suggestion from the .458 SOCOM forum. RRA has put out some rough chambers in that caliber. I did mine with no ill effects. Just a slicker chamber. I think it would take a lot to chew thru the chrome plating with Flitz and a bore mop.
  4. I think I would try a Flitz treatment first. A bore mop of the appropriate size (probably .410), a cleaning rod section, and a cordless drill. Slather some Flitz on the bore mop, and polish the chamber.
  5. If you were in California, they would be Phallus 15's, like these:
  6. "An AR-15 is an assault weapon with only one purpose, to kill people". I got four in serious need of cleaning right now. Seems like some dead bodies would have turned up by now. I HATE bedwetters.
  7. I don't know. Aren't all Bushmaster chambers chrome lined?
  8. No wonder they have places to get warm water pumped up your butt. That entire state would be backed up without it.
  9. When are they gonna let me drive my truck on the greenways. That would be lots of fun too.

Since it's basically a 2 stage, the extra trigger spring tension doesn't bother me that much. I planned to carry it some, so I went with the heavier spring. It's REAL nice without it.

Get you some of these if you don't reload. 223 Remington 77 Grain Sierra MatchKing Hollow Point
  12. I got no problems with it.

Duce. What caliber are you thinking?
  14. I cut my teeth on revolvers, and have a real affection for them. Still have a couple of J frame Smiths. But, I switched over to semi auto when the Model 59 S&W came out. If you own one (or more) of the top shelf auto loaders, and it's not 100% reliable, it ain't the gun's fault. Under those circumstances, carrying a wheel gun is probably a good idea. There's more to go wrong with a semi-auto, but reliable is reliable. If I'm ever pushed into a fight, I'll feel most comfortable with my Glock or M&P. A malfunction is the least of my worries.
  15. Naw... It's for the children
  16. Sounds that way.
  17. I just hope you got to do some hunting too.

Did you replace the trigger spring, or leave it light?

OP, you probably need to define what you mean by "some distance".
  21. I'm just wondering when we'll have to get those tatoos, like in the movie Idiocracy. My billfold is wearing out by showing my papers all the time. it would be much easier with a barcode tatoo.

Don't forget the RAM kit. Nice upgrade. I think you have to select the right one depending on whether or not you have a mag safety.
  23. Polite is a nice thing, I guess. Fact is though, that it's most likely something that G&L needed to address. Anybody reading this thread will realize that Daniel is going to do exactly that. And now, for a polite moment... Happy Holidays, Y'all
  24. Precision got the training manual in that thread. They just failed the course.
