  1. The majority of those folks are serious about shooting. It's not for plinkers
  2. Liberal rule #1. People must be forced to do the right thing.
  3. Some forums, like accurateshooter don't really attract noobs. You're right about most of them though.
  4. I would be inclined to put the nut on and gently tighten it. It looks like it's just a little deformed. I'm betting everything will line up fine. Looks at your feed ramps after the barrel is seated.
  5. Well... if Brian reports it like he sees it, he can't really push the loophole idea. There won't be a bunch of seedy looking criminals hanging out in the parking lot. Criminals are gonna get their tools, no matter what. The way to stop criminals is to lock them up and throw away the key.
  6. That was directed at our young friend . He's probably at the mall right now.
  7. He probably doesn't spend much time at the mall with his girlfriend. I'm on accurateshooter and snipershide quite a bit.
  8. Holler if you're coming in for it.
  9. If you tell the right lie, they will come
  10. I sold a pistol to Greg in a parking lot once. In fact, I have done several parking lot deals, mostly trades. Don't think i've done one with someone that didn't have a permit, so I'm reasonably certain that they could pass a background check anyway. This "loophole" philosophy is based on the idea that it's ok to inconvenience millions of folks while not accomplishing anything of substance, as long as it doesn't inconvenience me. It is the absolute worst element of the liberal mentality.
  11. Let's don't forget that the US is only 13% black. There ain't a lot they can do by thimselves.
  12. Can't complain about the service.
  13. I figure the clinic will fix that
  14. Can you point to some real research, or did that come to you in a dream?
  15. I just replaced one of the breechlock classic cast presses. Still have it. Holler if it will help. I'm sure you have something to swap.
  16. I'm thinkin' you can blow up any headstamp you want with a double charge
  17. ...and maybe trying to encourage a few more good citizens. I posted the link on facebook, and led it off with his comment. I'm happy to help with his recruiting efforts.
  18. About .002 too tight. May even be one source of the runout. Winchester bushing with Lapua brass.
  19. Gotta work a seating depth ladder first with the VLD's. I have a ladder loaded, but the neck tension is too tight. Just gotta hit the bench with the right bushings.
  20. I know. They'll be panting pretty hard when they get there. Don't know if they hit anything though with my long throat. Need to grab some 82's and try them as well. Champion's Choice is right down the road, and they stock all the good components. I got load development to do. I did get all the sizing die stuff. Just haven't been on the bench.
  21. It's kinda what it is at this point. I'll have White Oak do that to my next upper . I'm just getting my feet wet with this one.
  22. Even without ammo. Helluva club
  23. I was gonna say earlier in the thread, Froggy's throw-aways are gonna have a lot of life left for most kinds of shooting.
  24. It had a stud. Made the gun hard to shoot from a front rest. Nearly impossible to keep the gun from canting without constantly watching the level. Replacing the bag rider is serious surgery. Gotta pull the gas block.
