  2. The Breech Lock Classic Cast is a better press
  3. Fortunately, we're winning in the area of public opinion. Our only real threat, in this part of the country, is from people that are appointed, not elected.

  5. Please don't turn this thread into one of THOSE.
  6. A lot of folks still stand by Obummer. I just hope it's not enough to get him reelected.

I'm pretty fond of my G23 as well. Same size, different bang.

  10. Facebook has always been useful. Where else can you piss off a bunch of liberals with pictures of your guns?

It's real close to yours. Believe it or not, I've been calling it the little AR that could, because I've been shooting with guys that have real guns . I'll be out shooting 1k this wekend with some new 80g Berger and AMAX loads. It's a 24" 8 twist. Not as good as the White Oak (at least not supposed to be). Here's the whole thing...
  15. Some folks are doing fine with them in 9 twist barrels.
  16. I've always been fine with them. Usually attached to a spinner.

Kinda. Here's a sight adjust plot I did for a 300 RUM. The gun is pitched up over 20MOA. As you roll the gun, the angle of the pich in the scope moves away from the angle of gravity. Needless to say, a .308 and .223 is going to have even more come-up than a 300 RUM. Also note that at 300 yards, it's only up a few MOA, so cant is much less critical.
  19. Don't have any personal experience with outdoor. At least, not the cheap ones.
  20. I have some of these. Comes with software to monitor up to four cameras, and record continuously, or with motion sense. Don't know if it will work on a mac. Just stick them in the windows. Linksys WVC80N Internet Home Monitoring Camera by Office Depot

Because your rifle is pitched up at those long ranges. If you roll the rifle to one side or the other, it takes less pitch to put the crosshair on the target. That's why I watches my bubble...
  22. Even a Berger 70gr VLD will fly in a 9 twist, and it's a few thousanths shy of an inch long. I would like to know which one.
  23. Basically the same here. The Auto 5 was and is a great gun. It was the best when I was a young 'un. Nowadays, I have one of the Silver gas guns. I like it getter.
