It's a media frenzy right now. Stand your ground may not be mentioned anywhere except in the frenzy. The fact that he wasn't arrested adds to my speculation. Racist cops, or something at the scene that's not being told by our fine journalists? It doesn't add up, and probably won't until we hear from somebody other than the Anderson cooper types.

There's a good chance that it's just how it looks. The story will have more credibility when a prosecutor gets behind it. The tape stopped before the shooting started.

Not disagreeing with that. Just asking why they would critically time something if there's nothing to it. Sounds like there's nothing to this, except the timing.

I DON'T kinow it, if all they were doing was to clean up some language in an existing order. If it was just some benign stuff, WHY would they bother to time it? It could have just as easily been a deadline. Don't mistake this as me having any faith in those clowns. I just don't have much faith in all the conspiracy theories either.
