  1. I would almost bet you on that one.
  2. How can the feds do it? If it's not a "hate crime", they can't touch him.
  3. Look at the times on the posts. "Is anybody out there?" That was even past Ohshoot's bed time, and he's a vampire like me.
  4. Nope, and the skittles are in the evidence locker.
  5. Well... welcome to the quarterback meeting
  6. Leave your pistol at home in case some angelic teenager decides to whip your ass.
  7. Yeah. They're just gonna lose again.
  8. Well damn. The text is in the other thread with almost the same name.
  9. I think it's just the way the law is written. "stand your ground" and "in fear for your life" is in the same section. Maybe I'm full of crap too. The text is somewhere in this thread.
  10. Maybe he didn't want to prosecute because the evidence didn't support a win. Now he has an excuse to prosecute even if he's gonna lose. May even get some personal satisfaction. After all, half the bedwetters in the US demanded it.
  11. So much of this thing involves seperating the physical encounter from the rest. A lot of the stuff you hear from the hoodie wearing bunch focuses on how Martin reacted to "a man with a gun". I figure it was pretty easy to find after he jumped on his head. Point is... it's unlikely he knew it was there before things got physical, so it couldn't have been his reason for getting physical.
  12. Chickens are great. You only have to feed them once.
  13. Yep. That's our good old right wing station in Cleveland. You won't hear any of the CNN crap out of them
  14. Wasn't Zimmerman carrying a PF9? That gun is REAL concealable. It's very likely that Martin didn't see it, since you are REQUIRED by law to conceal your weapon in Florida.
  15. This is interesting to me. I hit the Fox News site last night to see how they were spinning this. I couldn't find zip. Erik was right. Best source seems to be the Orlando paper.
  16. I guess there are a few. I'm too old to duke it out with a thugling, so I would have to shoot him. I will avoid ANY conflict when I'm armed. That subject has come up a lot on this board.
  17. i want me a Trayvon koozie and hat.
  18. You're right down the road from there. I assume you're getting better info than us.
  19. I figured it was all along. That's why I didn't share it.
  20. I thought there was an eye witness. Besides, this thread has been running as information comes in. The tone has changed. Once again, the "news" media was so far off base, that it has to come from other places. Walter Cronkite is rolling in his grave.
  21. Up to something? I don't care, since it should matter more who attacked who. Has nothing to do with why he got shot.
