I agree. This all started with a lot of folks wanting to hang Zimmerman from a tree. Again, there's nothing wrong with due process. Now we know that it landed on the DA's desk in the first few days. Now we have to find somebody more qualified than him to figure it out.

Yep, but from a different corner. So far, Zimmermans story has a little credibility with me because the little bit of real evidence lines up. Lying is a complicated game, and probably outside Zimmerman's capability. He demonstated at the beginning that he's a complete dumbass. If he's lying, he did with with a level of skill that only politicians and a few others possess.

Sarah's a good girl, but she's an idiot. Let me qualify that. Her heart is probably in the right place, but she doesn't know enough to do the job. She was a handful for the McCain campaign, just because of her lack of knowledge. They will ambush anybody. I don't think it was especially a fear of Herman.

I don't think he could have stood up to the nasty games. I think he was lucky to get some of it early on.

Assault is a crime too. Besides... jumping on somebody this day in time can have unexpected consequences, like a hole in your chest. It escalated when the physical controntation started. You have one helluva crystal ball knowing those details. There's certainly no hard evidence. The physical evidence says that Zimmerman was losing the fight. That's all we got, other than him agreeing to pull back on the 911 tape.

I like Herman. I don't think he should be the Prez, but I like him.

This is new to me. Most of the real evidence was already in when the DA kicked it back. I know you have a lot of experience in law enforcement in a liberal, gun hating state. This thing may shake out differently in Florida. No doubt, Zimmerman would be headed for prison in Illinois.

We don't need to forget that Zimmerman was getting his head slammed on the concrete, and had the injuries to back up that story. I would be in fear for my life at that point.

Nothing wrong with them looking at the case. My objections all along have been against folks buying into the liberal, anti-gun media's agenda. Fair trials good, lynch mobs bad.
