Picky, aren't we? Yard bird, cow, bison, pig, pig, rabbit, raccoon, goat, and pig. Any turkey is great when it looks like a turkey. Almost forgot... Rabbits, tree rats, and frogs.

I'm fine with brown gravy where it's supposed to go, like on mashed potatoes with roast beef or pork. Can't put brown gravy on mashed potatoes with Chicken Fried Steak, though. That causes me serious trauma.

Love it. But, there's probably more cooked than raw on a sushi menu. All the shellfish is cooked. I like it all. But, if you wanna eat sushi without touching the raw stuff, just stick with shellfish and freshwater eel.

What brand is your smoker? Mine is a Masterbuilt. When you add chips, you have to rotate dump the chips after you slide them in by rotating the wood chip loader. If you don't do that, it ain't gonna smoke.
