  1. It's a pasta shape. Not unique to St. Louis. I'm from St. Louis too. I use fine grit sandpaper, and finish up with one of those little bullet shaped felt things out of a Dremel polishing kit. I just use the jeweler's rouge that comes with the kit.
  2. Copper condoms! You're hard core
  3. Did you also notice they misspelled his name? It's really BS. With that said, I don't care how he goes away, as long as he does. If folks believe it and vote against him, I can live with it.
  4. If it goes anywhere. What a mess.
  5. I've met a bunch of TGO folks. Great people. Been fortunate enough to hang out with several, shooting guns and swapping lies. I haven't made it to one of the shoots yet, but I will. +1 on 56fordguy. I've met him a number of times.
  6. Yep. Hacked. Maybe Bloomberg has banned big rabbits
  7. Yep. Glocks vs. 1911's. Open Carry vs. Concealed Carry. .45 vs those little sissy bullets.
  8. Check again. I can see both sides of this thing. Fact is, if we don't talk about stuff like this, we may have to talk about guns or something.
  9. Replacing that vandalized chopper?

    357 sig ..

That's one of the reasons it hasn't reached "gotta have" status with me. Besides, I've been into big and slow lately

    357 sig ..

I've had some interest in this caliber for awhile. Since I have a Gen4 G23, I will probably just get a barrel (if one is available). From what little I've looked into it, I will probably tool up to reload it if I make the leap. I was always a fan of the .357 magnum back in my wheel gun days.
  12. Does he use a rubber hammer? That's the best way. BTW Smith, I don't think you can tell when an AK is truly fixed
  13. I was wondering the same thing
  14. Memphis is pretty gnarly, but I've never had a problem there. I had to do a lot of work in the rough areas too. Just gotta keep your head up.
  15. I think that's the deal with base jumping in general. At least you have an apogee. Think about jumping from a 1200' guyed radio tower.
  16. Found these in my email this morning. Presented for those that think Romney and Obama are the "same"...
  17. I bet there's some serious G force involved. All joking aside, It may be something pretty cool for base jumpers. Most of them have to trespass to get their kicks.
  18. I bought some in Western PA once. It was made by the Amish folks down the road. Smelled like (what I imagine) a homeless guy's crotch. I talked my (then) girlfriend into taking a bite, figuring it couldn't tase as bad as it smells, and still be considered food. Took her about an hour to get back to a normal facial expression, and that was with the help of Listerine. I admire you, Tulip, but just don't get it.
  19. They're only banning them in restaurants. They're going to wind up getting away with this, and the sheeple of NYC will fall in line.
  20. Yep. I can't eat it, but I can weaponize it.
  21. They deserve it. All is well.
  22. I've probably seen it five times. I cry every time Bill Murray gets shot
