Let me qualify this. I don't own any LaRue rifles. I suggested them because they are top shelf, and I love the company. I do have a couple of their QD scope mounts, and believe they are the best on the planet. Besides, anybody that includes three pocket sized copies of the Constitution and a jar of Dillo Dust is tops in my book. Guns, 'merica, and cooking meat with fire. They got the basics down.

They sell stand alone uppers.

I have both. Neither one is gonna break easy. MLok looks better IMO. I like BCM handguards, and have two of their keymod handguards. Next one will be an MLok.

I have the Phantom style clips. Mine Phantom and Vedder are virtually identical. The finish on the Raven is slightly better. I believe Raven offered those kind of wings as an option too
