You just can't go wrong with most Magpul stuff. I've never been unhappy with anything I bought, and I own a bunch of it. FWIW, I like the plastic trigger guard much better than their metal one.

I bought the AR Stoner light stainless barrel from Midway. Haven't shot the rifle yet, but it made a real light package, and the barrel looked flawless. Model One is fine. Yep, add 120 bucks for BCG and charging handle.

Single stack mags can be harder to push in because there's no taper at the top of the mag like a double stack. My 1911's need a little extra push too.
