I figure a good president can stop some of the the anti-business crap in pretty short order. Fire a bunch of folks, retask others. We need to get money flowing again before anything else. That won't happen as long as our priorities are building windmills and saving whales (and endangered bugs). We need a capitalist. Even a crappy one will help. I DON'T believe Romney is crappy in that area.

No hatred here. You can't just walk down the street and pick out somebody that agrees with you. I guess you can make yourself feel better that way, but you won't do much more than that. A winning candidate needs the MOST people that agree with him. That's why things seldom move in the direction we want. You need lots of mass. With that said, everybody needs to be happy with their vote.

And you may never get the chance. Tennessee will go red, no matter what. If Romney does win the whole thing, and it's a big if, he'll either be better or worse than Obamaloney. THEN we need to have the conversation. At this point, the whole board could write in Basil, and Romney will still carry the state.

Why do you think they're waiting so long? If they make a good pick, they'll get a bump. Trick is to make the bump last long enough that it doesn't fade by election day. Nothing lasts with the heavily funded smear machine.
