I do the same thing .

Great price = sold in 1 hour or less. Fair market price = who knows when. A deal that's too good to pass up creates urgency. A deal that you can probably find next week... not so much.

I use a Wheeler Fat Wrench for everything except barrel nuts. I use a regular click type mechanic's torque wrench for them. I''ve never pulled the barrel on my 10-22, so I have no idea if they will work for that job. I have owned the M&P 9 full size and a CZ75-P01. I don't think you'll have a problem with the transition at all. The CZ was my favorite pistol until I bought the M&P. Then, it wasn't.

Low on craftsmanship, but a decent piece of engineering. It took me awhile to warm up to them. They're not as artful as any of my other pistols/revolvers. But, they always work, and my pants tend to stay up longer

I'm not sure how the US military is warming up to it yet. That round was a failure until Lapua developed the brass for it.The 308 and 300 Winmag will do most of the stuff. It's capability is closer to the 50 BMG in terms of range. Like all things Lapua, money falls out the end of the gun when you pull the trigger :-). Still, Hodnett's personal rifle is a convertable chambered in 300 Winmag and 338 Lapua. He's not a sport shooter by trade.
