1.
I also use the Hornady reamer .
Yeah, my swager is still bolted to the bench, but will wind up back in the box as soon as I get around to it. The swager that mounts on a press may be better, but won't fit either of my single stage presses. The reamer is quick, and gives me more consistent results.
 2.
I have heard great stuff about Primary Arms over at ar15.com.I have a Leapers on my Ak right now that my gf bought me and I plan to use it and abuse it until its destroyed while I wait for a Primary or save for something better. Sent from my SCH-I1535 using Tapatalk 2 while fighting off ninjas.
It's certainly not Aimpoint quality, but PA has some of the best support in the biz. I have an Aimpoint Comp ML3, and a Primary Arms M3. They look almost identical. The Aimpoint is a little brighter, and the battery life is years longer.
 3. Trace is a good ole boy. I wish he would have said what I know he wanted to say. It would have been closer to Garufa's response.
 4. I have the RCBS bench top swager (very similar to the Dillon). I also have the RCBS miltary crimp remover bit. I have had the best luck with a Hornady primer pocket reamer bit driven with a Hornady case prep assistant. It's faster, and does a better job than the RCBS bit. It's a standard thread, so you can drive it with any of the motorized case prep tools (like the Trim mate case prep center). Pick your color. I wouldn't just use a handle if you're running a lot of brass. I'm in the process of reloading 1000 rounds of Lake City 5.56 brass. I have about 350 done.
 5. Another vote for Primary Arms. But, looks like they're out of stock on everything, icluding Vortex sights. https://www.primaryarms.com/Primary_Arms_s/586.htm
 6. At this point in our lives, we have a president that hates AK's. If I owned one, I would make the effort to assure myself that it's compliant. The level of risk could change, especially with the Singin' Commie running the government. I think we're in for an ugly four years.
 7. It looks like it has 2 triggers
 8. My mama told me to never go anywhere with just one AR Most likely any failure will be bolt related. I've thought about this quite a bit, and this is something I'll wind up adding to a couple of my rifles... 9.
noted...still didnt want to stoop to others levels and air anything out on the thread. i even think some where in TGO history mods other others in authority have asked us not to do that?? just trying to comply.
Got it. Just pointing out that the post hit the emails.
 10.
retracted....
Once you show your pecker in the Internet, it's there forever

 12.
350 to 400 ft. lbs of energy 1100 to 1250 fps. through a barrel at 33 ft. then 3 1/2 walls at 100 yds... so we learn (?) that 9mm FMJ with a residual 280 ft lbs +/- or so will go through 3 1/2 walls as long as you don't find a stud and the slug doesn't tumble.... and yes don't be a dumbass have a decent backstop.. “The round entered through the exterior wall at the back of the house, then traveled through the dining room, into the living room through a doorway, into the north wall of the living room, which is adjacent to a bedroom, through an interior wall, exited the interior wall into that bedroom and embedded itself into the east exterior wall of the house,” so the shot impacted diagonally through the house,... and didn't deflect due to angular impact ? have seen bullets do interesting things not arguing with what happened just sayin it is interesting given the limited information we have.
My money says they missed the barrel with that round that went thru the house.
 13.
Just out of curiosity, the TSA has found and confiscated many knives, and lots of guns yet so many here are convinced they don't do their job. Maybe all those guns and knives were accidents, maybe everyone they've caught had noble intentions? Maybe some people just expect a terrorist to be wearing a t-shirt that says "terrorist" when they get caught at screening? Anyone else not wearing said shirt obviously is just absent minded enough to try going through airport security with a gun or razor blade post 9/11? Sorry this is a bit of a pet peeve of mine, there are all kinds of ill informed misconceptions out there regarding aviation security and for me at least it got old fast. Nothing and nobody is perfect but IMO our system works about as well as any and those that don't like it should remember there is no constitutional right to flying, and yes you do waive your right to privacy going into the sterile area of an airport. And BTW, no, the undertrained underpaid goon working the new body scanners cannot see your wife's goodys or your package. Rant off.
I don't fly because of the TSA and their extreme stupidity. They can kiss my ass.
 14.
"He needed killin"
Oh... and welcome to Texas!
 15.
I'll bet a lot of folks won't venture to read that far.
I did
 16.
I believe it was sarcasm directed at the OP.
That's how I took it.
 17. I had to go to a meeting at TEMA yesterday, which is on the National Guard Armory campus. They have private armed security at the front gate. That's a pretty secure facility. Those guys didn't look like wannabe types to me.
 18.
ya know it will be a very big lawsuit over this. if he hadnt stole anything he would still be alive.i have a retail buisness and yes i go after shoplifters and force is met with force . the real simple thing about this dont steal you wont get hurt
You just pick them up and shake them like a rag doll, right?
 19.
Besides, f**k this guy. He was a dirtbag, likely raised from dirtbags, and will no longer contaminate society.
For the win
 20. They will just try to make it illegal to possess them. I don't think they'll pull it off. It will make all the Libtards happy that they tried.
 21. It very well HAD to be cocked, and Beula very well had to pull the trigger.
 22. If they walk out with my stuff, they're gonna get their nutz sizzled.
 23.
You rang? I have no sympathy for the dead thief.
I'm not grief stricken either
 24.
LOL, the property owner doesn't think it's worth the risk over petty theft, why should you?
I'm callin' the Junk Sizzler when somebody steals my stuff
 25.
Making an assumption; I don't believe it was the guards intent to kill the guy. We don't know what aggression the thief showed. Best way to end a fight is to choke out the opponent. Death is always a possible outcome in any fight. I feel the store or its employees has a right to confront the thief. If a fight escalates, then it becomes more than just shoplifting.
Where's ChuckieT? He sizzled a thief's junk on the hot pavement. Best takedown yet!
