  Those glowing personal endorsements sell for high dollars. Glen probably doesn't know CTD from Adam. He babbles on the radio, and somebody else sells the spot, and in most cases, writes the copy. At the very least, he had talking points that came from the client and ad salesperson.

  Lots of good stuff in there, Lester. I would think, though, that the worse time to push a gun ban would be after a violent attack on US soil.

There are lots of ways to rebel. I agree that it's not time for any of that yet. A small percentage of the population actually fought in the revolution. A large percentage supported them in some way. We, as a group, tend to obey every law out there. If those laws ever become so unfair that we can't tolerate them, that will change. Rebellion of any kind doesn't survive without lots of support.   This whole thing has been a good exercise for our brains, and it's not over yet. If we're smart, we'll do what it takes to win the fight, and come out stronger because of it.

A doctor can ask me anything they want. My doctor is a serious liberal. She has also known me for a long time. Ask away, but you only get what I want you to have.

Still, we have a lot of folks on our side, and this is one indication. David is right. We need to fight hard. We just don't need to lose our will.

  Those bullets really suck. But, the way I understand it, they all have to go thru congress. I'm sure there is some hidden nasties in his EO's, but he has to do those with existing funds. Granted, it's a comprehensive gun grabbin' dream. I just think there's room to win the fight. Like everybody else, I'm real concerned with the mental health stuff.

  They may get a ban on private sales. Again, I don't want it, but wouldn't be the end of the world. It will at least have some impact. The bans won't do anything except punish the wrong folks.   Some of those EO's could get ugly if they go full libtard on them. We are taking about the folks that do it daily.

A lot of this doesn't sound bad, and some is scary as hell. The scariest part... his people will be asked to implement. They can't fix a busted shoelace.
