5.56 is most popular and cheapest. Most of them are accurate. You just have to look into them and find the best fit for the kind of shooting you want to do.

7.62 x 39 doesn't play well in an AR because of the straight magwell. If you want those ballistics in an AR, you should try a 300 AAC Blackout.

  If he has 51%, and I expect he does too, he has the legal power to do what he wants. I've seen companies run just fine that way. I've seen others implode when there wasn't strong agreement between stakeholders. I only made the point to support the idea that Magpul probably has a financially sound plan for moving their operations.   Who knows how many folks were in the room when they made the decision, what kind of loan covenants they had to satisfy, etc. They don't have to share any of that. If the whole thing is running out of Fitzpatrick's wallet, then God bless him :).

  Yep, mine was tough (older one). I think it's was mostly the rear sights. There were lots of cautions at the time not to used a sight pusher because it would break.

  I've always loved those guys, and have spent some pretty significant money on their products. I AM a Magpul slut.

The rear sight on my M&P 9 was the same. Had to put it in a vise and knock it out with a brass punch. The hammer in the punch kit wasn't big enough. Had to use a full size hammer.
