I learned this at the Bass Pro when I bought my 6 gun around Christmas. The 4473 and the actual background check aren't really linked. They have a software based 4473, that's way more time consuming than the paper form. While I was dealing with that mess, he grabbed my license and a couple more pieces of info and called in the check. I was approved before I even finished the form. Their software makes you go back and verify every line before it prints the 4473. They do it to minimize mistakes. Sure is a pain in the butt.   According to Brian Haas, TN has a lot higher denial rate then any other state. I'm thinking it's because of the extra layer of TBI crap.

  I think they may be done announcing until the Governor signs the bill. They did announce that they're prepared to keep up their PMAG production. I think they're ready to pull the trigger if they have to.

  Didn't Walmart wise up and limit purchases? I haven't tried to buy any ammo since the War on Guns started, so I don't have personal experience. I have helped a few friends from my personal stash, but that's the extent of it.

  I don't hang crap on my rifles either. I do use Magpul stocks and rail covers. Their grips too sometimes.
