  Well... the OP is a lawyer, and is hanging out in Florida right now. I'll bet he can dig up a satisfactory answer. I'm curious myself. The news media touched on it when the Murder 2 charge was filed, but the details were vague. Besides, the media is basically full of shit anyway.   They have to have manslaughter. May be some rule about downgrading 2nd degree murder.

  I'm betting the evidence doesn't exist. I'm betting they'll present what we've already seen, and try to spin it. Just realize that some of the folks that screamed the loudest are the ones that don't believe Z, or any of the rest of us, should be allowed to carry a gun in public to begin with. Z is guilty in their minds because of that. If he is wrongfully convicted because of racism, it's bad. If he's wrongfully convicted because of libtardism, it's even worse. 

  That's my guess. My unit is 20 years old, so it's on its 3rd set of capacitors and 3rd fan motor.

Look at the wiring diagram. There could be a cap for the condensing fan motor. It may even be a dual capacitor that's shared with the compressor. The cap will be an aluminum can, and may show some swelling if bad. If the bearings are spinning free, it's either the run capacitor or the motor itself.   One thing I learned the hard way. Buy a fan blade with the motor. They're cheaper than the gas it takes to back and buy the replacement that you just destroyed trying to get it off the old motor.

So, the muzzle blast is gonna be quiet as long as it's made out of air? I would think it takes a similar pressure curve to push a 9mm projectile down a rifled barrel, no matter how the pressure is developed.   BTW... it's actually pretty close to a .380.

In this case, there will only be six jurors. Florida law... since the death penalty is off the table, a jury of 12 isn't required.

According to the specs, it's real loud. Think about it... there's gonna be a blast with that much muzzle energy. I don't think it matters if the gas is on fire.
