  You have two things. You have the law, and then you have the system. We can jailhouse lawyer this thing to death, but shouldn't overlook the fact that it's a lot more than just written statutes and case law. These boys (and girls) have a lot of power and resources if they chose to use them. An individual can't win with a small budget and a very weak case. You either need a lot of money, or a very strong case that will generate a lot of money, like the Zimmerman case.   It's obvious, even to the feeble minded, what Lenny is trying to do. There won't be a groundswell of money and/or support for his cause. He is on his own. My money says, they're going to slap him around like a little bitch.   Every one of his scams have been way to weak to generate a payoff. This one is the same. If I was a juror, I wouldn't award him a penny if they had stomped his nuts into the sidewalk. Instead, I would be trying to find a way to buy those boys a beer.

Another one for Tim Calhoun. He's the only guy I've used on 1911's, but I was real happy.

  It wasn't an unknown model of firearm, thanks to Lenny's custom shrink wrap case. It was an AR. Are you aware that a loaded 30 round mag weighs a full pound, which is real significant with a 6 pound rifle? Somebody real familiar with AR's can make a pretty good guess that it's loaded or unloaded just by weight. In this case, it doesn't matter if the guess was wrong. It only matters that it felt like loaded weight.
