You have two things. You have the law, and then you have the system. We can jailhouse lawyer this thing to death, but shouldn't overlook the fact that it's a lot more than just written statutes and case law. These boys (and girls) have a lot of power and resources if they chose to use them. An individual can't win with a small budget and a very weak case. You either need a lot of money, or a very strong case that will generate a lot of money, like the Zimmerman case.
It's obvious, even to the feeble minded, what Lenny is trying to do. There won't be a groundswell of money and/or support for his cause. He is on his own. My money says, they're going to slap him around like a little bitch.
Every one of his scams have been way to weak to generate a payoff. This one is the same. If I was a juror, I wouldn't award him a penny if they had stomped his nuts into the sidewalk. Instead, I would be trying to find a way to buy those boys a beer.
