  There's no way to increase the power enough. I can jam one of my signals 3 miles from the tower, and they're 100,000 watt signals. Proximity is everything with radio because of the inverse distance law. 

  There's a good reason why harmful radio interference is illegal.

  You would probably hate another perfectly legal device I have. It's called TV B Gone. It has one button, and spits every infrared TV off command known to man. It's fun in sports bars. It's REAL fun on the floor of the NAB convention.

  There is a muti-billion dollar opportunity for anybody that can defeat ANY of the laws of physics :). 

  It's akin to cutting it, and hooking it right back up when the call drops. As far as I could tell, some of the Vegas casinos used to run jammers. You could sit there and watch your signal move from full bars to zero at a regular rate. At the time, it was against gaming laws to use a cell phone in a casino, even sitting at the bar (ask me how I know).    The only reason I can see to even attempt jamming calls is to get idiots off their phones when they're supposed to be driving. One of those things that pop into your head when you can't slap somebody that really needs it :)

Hickock45 carries one of the Sabre ground Delica 4's. I think he sharpens it when it needs it. The Sage is S-30V. Better steel. They all have to be sharpened. When that S30V finally gets dull, you may find yourself wishing it was VG10. :) If you have a pretty steady hand, the SpydieSharp is highly regarded at a decent price. I have one, but don't use it due to the fact that I was born spastic. I have one of these, but it's not cheap.

  The PM2's are hard to get. Mine was on order for over a month. In a lot of cases, you can't even backorder them. Hopefully Sal will turn up the production on that one.

  The basic systems have to be compatible with existing aircraft. Basic com radios are plain old VHF AM radios (for a good reason). Any radio frequency can be jammed. 

  Yep. Helps if it's a team effort. The FCC doesn't usually travel in packs. They've been understaffed for decades. Cell frequencies are harder. They bounce off everything, and don't travel near as far if they originate close the the ground. If you know what you're doing, the signal only has to stay up long enough to drop every call within range. Most likely, the victims wouldn't even identify it as interference. Dropped calls are common as mud anyway.

  Link me. That could be useful. It won't have the dynamic range or linearity of a real spectrum analyzer, which means it won't have the resolution bandwidth either. Still could be useful in my world.   My Agilent 4402 was a little over $25k eight years ago. It's a 100k to 3G swept analyzer . $50k is high for just an analyzer.

  Those fines aren't for small area cell phone jamming. When there's interference to aircraft radio, the FAA radio guys are the first responders. They notify the FCC, but in routine cases, the FCC doesn't mobilize, The FAA response is immediate and forceful.   Show me a link where somebody got busted jamming cell phones with a mobile, intermittent device. I didn't make that comment based on what I read on the internet. I made it based on personal dealings with the FCC and the FAA radio guys over the last 30+ years.

  It's real simple to me. Unless you are loading high end rifle ammo, Lee dies work as well or better than the rest, and almost always for less money.

  I bought the Endura first. You know I like the bigger blades. The smaller guys will probably wind up being useful too. I have a Paramilitary 2 showing up Monday. I prefer the Military, but kinda had to have the whole set.

  ZT's are different animals. I like these Spydies too for everyday stuff. But, they'll break long before one of my ZT's.   Amazon beats everybody's knife prices if it's one they stock. I've bought most of my knives there, including the Delica.

  Do yourself a huge favor and get the Auto disk pro. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/348753/lee-pro-auto-disk-powder-measure   Ammo is loaded as a percentage of max rated pressure. A heavier bullet increases pressure, and that's why the powder charge is reduced. The cases see about the same pressure, no matter what size bullet.

Nobody will come looking for you for jamming cell phones. Interfering with airplanes is a whole other deal. Those guys are serious, as it should be.

  I've been agreeing with you all afternoon. But, I don't get why this bugs you so much. It's common practice on forums. It's also very obvious the that the quote was edited, and NOT what you originally said. I know folks have their pet peeves. Personally, I hate it when somebody turns their eyelids inside out :)

  One thing's for sure. They were killing each other and humping goats when we showed up, and they'll still be doing it when were gone. I agree with you on all of that. I'll just fight against getting another Obama in office, even if he's only slightly better. As far as fixing our liberty... prolly won't happen in the voting booth, no matter who wins.

It's been nearly 20 years since I rented. Before I owned a home, I was a renter. I don't recall any of their gun policies, because I didn't CARE. I had nothing invested in the place. All they can do is make you move, right?
